**What do you like best about Omnia?**

Omnia gives us a completely new layer of visibility into how our brand appears across AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. What stands out the most is how actionable the insights are, it’s not just data, but clear opportunities to improve our presence and capture more AI-driven traffic.

We particularly value the way it connects prompts, citations, and competitors, helping us understand where we’re winning and where we’re missing opportunities. It has become a key tool in shaping our GEO  strategy and content roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Omnia?**

As with any relatively new category, there’s still room to improve in terms of data depth and historical tracking. Sometimes you’d like to go deeper into trends over time or have more granularity in certain prompts.

That said, the team is very responsive and continuously improving the product, so most limitations feel temporary rather than structural.

**What problems is Omnia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnia is helping us solve a problem that didn’t really have a clear solution before: understanding and improving our visibility across AI-driven search and recommendation engines.

Before using Omnia, we had very limited insight into how our brand was being surfaced in tools like ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews. We didn't know how to appear in these tools. Now, we can track where we appear, which prompts trigger our brand, and how we compare against competitors.

This has a direct impact on our strategy, we’re able to prioritize content, improve our positioning, and actively work on increasing our share of voice in AI environments. As a result, we’re not just relying on traditional SEO anymore, but actively capturing a new and growing source of traffic and demand.

**What do you like best about Omnia?**

Omnia is very intuitive and helps you throughout the process of setting up and monitoring a brand. I like how it already suggests prompts to monitor or competitors to consider. Likewise, it not only focuses on monitoring but also provides insights and recommendations to increase your visibility in the LLMs. Additionally, I like its API, which allows me to create customized dashboards for my clients with Omnia's data. The initial setup was very simple, as the tool guides you step by step in the configuration of each brand.

**What do you dislike about Omnia?**

I think they could improve by allowing connection with external sources like Analytics and being able to cross AI traffic data with the visibility they are already measuring.

**What problems is Omnia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Omnia to monitor my clients' visibility in generative search engines. It helps me make strategic decisions to increase visibility and citability. Omnia is intuitive, guides the setup process, and provides insights and recommendations, as well as allowing the creation of customized dashboards with its API.

**What do you like best about Omnia?**

I like most about Omnia is that it makes AI visibility easy to understand and act on. Features like prompt tracking and competitor benchmarking help us quickly spot opportunities and prioritize with much more clarity. Prompt tracking helps us understand whether we are showing up for the queries that matter in our category and how that changes over time. Competitor benchmarking adds useful context because it shows where others are gaining visibility and where we may need to improve our content or positioning. Together, these features make Omnia valuable because they turn a new and often unclear channel into something measurable and actionable. The initial setup was straightforward, and our team was able to get value quickly because the platform is easy to navigate, and the core use cases are clear from the beginning.

**What do you dislike about Omnia?**

Omnia is already very useful, but I'd like to see more depth in reporting and more flexibility for analyzing trends over time. More customization and easier ways to share insights across teams would make the platform even stronger. I'd like more flexibility in how trends are segmented and compared. For example, being able to break visibility down more easily by topics, competitor group, or time range would make the analysis more useful. More customizable reporting and easier exports would also help when sharing with other teams.

**What problems is Omnia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Omnia to understand and improve brand visibility on AI-powered platforms. It helps us monitor visibility, benchmark against competitors, identify content gaps, and turn visibility data into actionable priorities for SEO, content, and demand generation, instead of relying on assumptions.

**What do you like best about Omnia?**

I enjoy the interface and ease of use of Omnia, as it allowed me to go from having no idea how to position my company in AI search engines to seeing an increase in traffic from 0% to over 20%. The ease with which Omnia identifies what to generate to index in AI search engines is impressive. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, thanks also to the support team who made everything very simple. I consider Omnia to be much easier to use compared to Semrush, which I used previously. Although the AI post generator could be improved, it still saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Omnia?**

For now, none. If anything, the AI post generator can be improved, but you still save a lot of time.

**What problems is Omnia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnia helps me position my company in AI search engines, increasing traffic from 0% to +20%. Its interface and ease of use make it valuable, identifying what to generate for easy indexing.

**What do you like best about Omnia?**

It is a highly powerful tool that enables us not only to measure a client's Share of Voice, but also to draw comparisons with competitors, evaluate which prompts perform best, assess the citation level, and what's more, it features a recommendations section that is absolutely brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Omnia?**

So far, we haven't found anything we dislike. You are constantly evolving the product and listening to us to make improvements. We are really pleased.

It helps us conduct market research into specific industries and gain a clear overview of what is happening within LLMs for our clients.

**What do you like best about Omnia?**

Omnia helps us understand how our brand appears and increase visibility in generative AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. What we like most is that Omnia doesn’t just pull the responses from the APIs, it simulates real user queries in local markets. That means we see exactly what our customers would see, not just test data. The interface is simple, the reports are actionable, and the competitive benchmarks help us identify gaps quickly.

**What do you dislike about Omnia?**

At times, the product feels early-stage, there aren't many features, just the necessary as a starting point, even though they are launching new features consistently. The core visibility tracking works very reliably.

**What problems is Omnia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Omnia gives us visibility into a channel we had zero clarity on before: AI-driven answers. With Omnia, we know what answers LLMs give in our category, which sources they use, and how we compare to competitors. This helps our marketing and SEO teams adapt content strategy, partner with the right publishers, and measure impact across countries. In short: it prevents us from being invisible in AI search

I like how easy Omnia is to use and how well it works. It's a super powerful tool and very affordable, it performs a super important function for the price it costs. The initial setup was very simple, and if I had any questions, the team resolved them very well.

For now, there is nothing I don't like.

I use Omnia to make my brand more visible and solve the visibility problem. We believe we have a good product, but we need to make ourselves known.
