Omnia gives us a completely new layer of visibility into how our brand appears across AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. What stands out the most is how actionable the insights are, it’s not just data, but clear opportunities to improve our presence and capture more AI-driven traffic.

What do you dislike about Omnia?

As with any relatively new category, there’s still room to improve in terms of data depth and historical tracking. Sometimes you’d like to go deeper into trends over time or have more granularity in certain prompts.

What do you like best about Omnia?

Omnia is very intuitive and helps you throughout the process of setting up and monitoring a brand. I like how it already suggests prompts to monitor or competitors to consider. Likewise, it not only focuses on monitoring but also provides insights and recommendations to increase your visibility in the LLMs. Additionally, I like its API, which allows me to create customized dashboards for my clients with Omnia's data. What do you dislike about Omnia?

What do you like best about Omnia?

I like most about Omnia is that it makes AI visibility easy to understand and act on. Features like prompt tracking and competitor benchmarking help us quickly spot opportunities and prioritize with much more clarity. Prompt tracking helps us understand whether we are showing up for the queries that matter in our category and how that changes over time. Competitor benchmarking adds useful context because it shows where others are gaining visibility and where we may need to improve our content or positioning. Together, these features make Omnia valuable because they turn a new and often unclear channel into something measurable and actionable. The initial setup was straightforward, and our team was able to get value quickly because the platform is easy to navigate, and the core use cases are clear from the beginning. What do you dislike about Omnia?

Omnia is already very useful, but I'd like to see more depth in reporting and more flexibility for analyzing trends over time. More customization and easier ways to share insights across teams would make the platform even stronger. I'd like more flexibility in how trends are segmented and compared. For example, being able to break visibility down more easily by topics, competitor group, or time range would make the analysis more useful. What do you like best about Omnia?

I enjoy the interface and ease of use of Omnia, as it allowed me to go from having no idea how to position my company in AI search engines to seeing an increase in traffic from 0% to over 20%. The ease with which Omnia identifies what to generate to index in AI search engines is impressive. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, thanks also to the support team who made everything very simple. I consider Omnia to be much easier to use compared to Semrush, which I used previously.
