I like most about Omnia is that it makes AI visibility easy to understand and act on. Features like prompt tracking and competitor benchmarking help us quickly spot opportunities and prioritize with much more clarity. Prompt tracking helps us understand whether we are showing up for the queries that matter in our category and how that changes over time. Competitor benchmarking adds useful context because it shows where others are gaining visibility and where we may need to improve our content or positioning. Together, these features make Omnia valuable because they turn a new and often unclear channel into something measurable and actionable. The initial setup was straightforward, and our team was able to get value quickly because the platform is easy to navigate, and the core use cases are clear from the beginning. Omnia is already very useful, but I'd like to see more depth in reporting and more flexibility for analyzing trends over time. More customization and easier ways to share insights across teams would make the platform even stronger. I'd like more flexibility in how trends are segmented and compared. For example, being able to break visibility down more easily by topics, competitor group, or time range would make the analysis more useful. More customizable reporting and easier exports would also help when sharing with other teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
