Easy integrations with Blackbaud products such as Raiser's Edge, makes work significantly more efficient, particularly in terms of importing data and event management. Lots of these functionalities are coming directly to Raiser's Edge without the need for a third party, but Omatic software was leading edge on making some really key things be functional ahead of Blackbaud.
