Ola Eve Reviews & Product Details

Ola Eve is a standalone, HIPAA-compliant voice AI receptionist purpose-built for US dental practices, oral surgery clinics, and DSOs. Picking up on ring one in sub-second conversational speech, Eve handles patient calls 24/7/365 during lunch breaks, morning check-in rushes, and after-hours. Unlike traditional call centers that charge $10/call just to email a message slip, Ola Eve actually books appointments directly into your practice management system (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental and more) while respecting operatory chair assignments (OP1 Surgical vs OP2 Hygiene) with zero double-booking. Features: • Sub-500ms voice conversational latency with natural breathing & empathy. • Native bilingual English & Spanish auto-detection with code-switching. • Outbound attendance reminder calls with live in-call voice rescheduling. • 100% HIPAA compliant with executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). • Pure Pay-As-You-Go ($0/mo base fee) or flat monthly plans starting at $369/mo.
