**What do you like best about Odoo Recruitment?**

Online publishing of vacancies made it very easy for candidates to submit their data online allowing the recruitment team to quickly and easily sort the application and shortlist the most qualified candidate.
From initial screening to the final interview, the process is efficient, seamless and transparent.
The use of  Google calendar to schedule meetings with candidates is also a remarkable feature, there is no chance of missing scheduled meetings. This helped the recruitment team to stay organised and on top of the commitment.

It could be enhanced through include different tests techniques in the recruitment process.

**What do you like best about Odoo Recruitment?**

I love Odoo's good features, which facilitate the hiring process and allow job postings on social media, the company's website, and other recruitment sites. It's nice that all submitted resumes and feedback from HR staff and department heads are linked to the applicant record. This gives a consistent reference for reasons for selection and rejection and is documented with reports that help with quality control and help us choose the best talent.

All operations are smooth, the user interface is simple, and importing and exporting data is simple.

Odoo has provided an excellent service by ensuring that all applications for employment have passed all screening and inspection procedures and that all such processes and notes are documented so that they can be used to select the best applicant.

It's a good advantage to have everything on the same platform. The position is published on the same website, all the process is performed inside Odoo and if proceed the employee is created directly on the process.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Recruitment?**

The stages of the process have to be all the same for all the positions. That is if any department or specific position needs a particular pipeline it cannot be setup ad hoc.

Check first if all your process requirements are met by Odoo Recruitment. 
The internal approval process can be challenging.

It's an easy way to quickly open positions and publish them. Instead of creating a web page for each position from scratch, we can reuse the positions. On the other hand, the integration with the web module makes easier the customization of the front-end view.

**What do you like best about Odoo Recruitment?**

It is very convenient to use! I can do pretty much everything in this single App.

I think the best part here is that all Odoo's apps are integrated with one another, i.e.:
1. Applicants are received through the Online Forms which you publish on the Odoo Website Builder
2. Automated email responses can be set up and customized as soon as Odoo Recruitment receives the application
3. You can also add email responses/templates per each stage a candidate may reach in the recruitment process
4. You can manage all applicants in one single app
5. Email Marketing is also integrated so you do not have to pay for another, more expensive email Marketing platform to where you should migrate your database from one platform to another
6. From the app itself, you can manage the documentary requirements, track the progress per candidate and all the paperwork that has been done, and even gamify the whole process to motivate the candidates to proceed with the next steps
7. Basically, Odoo recruitment meets the end-to-end process of recruitment

**What do you dislike about Odoo Recruitment?**

I can use all its capabilities and I am very happy about using it.

I think what I dislike anyway about the app is that:
1. Sometimes, it takes longer than usual apps to load
2. Can be better if you can manipulate some areas in the front end that needs to be coded in the backend
3. Sometimes, attachments sent by applicants are getting broken.

I really recommend you to explore this app, check all the benefits that you can have, and implement in your organization.

Odoo recruiting let us publish job vacancies on our enterprise website, the candidates can send their resume in the webform and our HHRR staff can manage them internally.

Job applications can also be created from one or more mailboxes, managing requests can be done in custom stages. In addition, when changing the stage of the request, it is possible to automatically send personalized messages to those interested.

Some of the default email templates are not yet 100% translated into Spanish (Nothing that has no solution)

Before odoo recruitment, the entire recruitment process was carried out with third-party tools, now we can quickly integrate new talent through a much more efficient process

The best features of the recruitment module are that you can manage the process from the start, creating the job vacancy from the backend, and publishing on the website with the integration. You can receive all the job applications and manage the different states, and when you finally decide on one person, you can transform all the information to create a new employee. Great tool!

The smooth flow of recruitment steps from start to the end of recruitment. the view makes the recruitment of each position very smooth. The difference within the recruitment position can be clearly seen to any person without confusion. A lot of time has saved due to the usage of odoo in our organization. All the recruitments are carried out through the odoo recruitment suite that we have implemented at the start ofourc=organsaton and we even recommend our clients to use the same for their firm

**What do you dislike about Odoo Recruitment?**

a bit difficult to fetch resumes due to the downloading of a resume for each candidate. The job description can be in a more user-friendly manner. Expecting more features in coming versions to improve the kanban view which has a drag and drop fluctuations sometimes.

**Recommendations to others considering Odoo Recruitment:**

The kanban view will make all the difficult tasks easier while recruiting. The main feature that attracts any person is the communication redirection of the resumes another thing directly to the mail whichever specifies.
Multiple positions can be opened in one stretch to avoid wastage of time and can be assigned to any person as responsible for each position recruitment.
To make the job flawless they have even included the tabs of progress for each candidate's profile and can be stored, the profile for future reference if they are archived.
You can even filter the job post on that has been created according to your wish or even view the whole list of applicants in one go.
The job creation can also be through importing any other job profile in any CSV format or excel file.
 would recommend odoo recruitment to any business since every business will need staff recruitment that to every now and then.

We use for recruiting staff in our organization for multiple posts at a time. The organized way the view gave is really appreciable from the organization's side. The selection mail sending and enquires from candidates carried out through the suite makes the hectic job simpler. The attachment available for each candidate's profile helps to get resumes as well as certificates that they would like to attach anytime. Communication between the candidates and recruiters is now very easy and less burden.

This tool significantly impacts the management of your multi-departmental organization, allowing you not only to categorize employees by department but also to apply various operations for leave management, bonuses, salary structures, etc. A notable feature is that you can also manage employee contracts.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Recruitment?**

It almost completed all of the not just basic but advanced points as well. However, it faced one issue: if there are multiple companies of the same organization, then the analytic entries for those are not being managed. Additionally, for a production unit customer, their attendance is not being managed either.

**Recommendations to others considering Odoo Recruitment:**

If there is no multi-company employee sharing or production unit, then this could be a complete software solution for a firm. A company can also manage their payroll with very extensive and user-friendly functionality.

Using this module helped a business to settle their relations between employee and company, employee and HR, employee and employee, etc. Using this management system is able to help the organization in supporting their employees for better growth and opportunities.

Many of the companies providing human resources software but this one is user friendly HR software. Here you can not just manage leaves of your employees but also manage recruitment, salary structure and all employees personal details.

**What do you dislike about Odoo Recruitment?**

One of the missing thing in I faced in this software is of it's recruitment procedure. In this procedure when any of the external person contact you for job via website then notification of this process is not there in your admin account. You have to check that manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Odoo Recruitment:**

This one is easier and friendly to use for any non-tech guy and they can get all the basic functionality of needs.

From this software I realised how it is easier to manage your organisation's management and your employees relations with your organisation.

The price for just a few applications can be a bit steep, especially since I am a small business owner, the small thing effect the bottom line, though applications offered are top-line!

Odoo allows me to work more efficiently to finish products from start to finish on the business side of things, the all-in-one package allows me to complete tasks and be proud of the result.
