We build our dream store without having any knowledge of coding at all. With the help of the solution, we are able to manage the financial status, the accounting, the manufacturing, the personnel, and the selling of our own company. In Module creation, we can develop our modules and for editing purposes, we need Studio software. From the point of view of competence, Odoo Chat’s capability enables me to carry out textual conversations with my fellow employees. We went from local servers to cloud and all. All the leading names and the ones that are not available any more. I know what I'm talking about. Odoo is very user-friendly. The value for money is way above expectations. Odoo's support services is amazing. the account management concept is fantastic and the development team are so dedicated and available 24/7/365 and response is so rapid and swift. IT is easy to use and understand. though it is easy to use, it is also highly customizable. since it is an open source software, you can create your own modules and will find alot of ready made modules on their odoo market place. I think excessive customization can lead to a system that's difficult to maintain and update, especially when relying on in-house developed solutions. Had many bumps in my project due to not having an account manager. Later an account manager was assigned but did not handle the conflicts well and i requested a change in management. Later, mariam osama became my account mamager and its been a smooth ride since then. She is very proactive and sharp and jumps on any issue we face in my subscription.
