After you sign up for the service there is really no timely way to get help. You can't call or chat. You have to send a message through a portal and just wait for someone to get back to you. Then, when they do, you have to hope that they were actually able to understand and answer your question or you have to repeat the process. My main issue though is features and apps are being shipped before they are ready. I have seen basic things like some buttons not translated in the inventory app. More importantly I raised an issue with support that the knowledge app lacked autosave so if one refreshed the page some things may not be saved. This is a pretty basic functionality for cloud based apps. Support answered my ticket quickly but 3 months in this issue has not been resolved It is much easier to get in touch with a sales person and have had two follow up calls and numerous emails though I feel these resources would be better spent on IT and that the company is more concerned with selling the product now at the cost of future development. The software works fine besides thsese issues but I can't give more than 2 stars as I don't expect these kind of issues from a more mature product with the resoruces that Odoo has. **What problems is Odoo ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can record supply chain information and calculate prices. ### 30. Odoo has many free apps in the community version (which is free and open-source). It also has an advanced version called the Enterprise version, which is paid. A few things need to be improved, like performance and APIs. Odoo provides XML-RPC, which is too complecated for the developers to work with. A simple to use interface that is simple to use with specific recommendations when needed. If the recommendations are not adequate or you need further assistance, their support group is actually available by email. Response rate is 1 hour. **What do you dislike about Odoo ERP?** Because it is open source, Odoo is supposed to be easier to modify. Despite this, it is complicated to find accurate information for programmers on how to do it. There is a lot of data, however, it is not well organized. Some of the landing pages within the system are not manipulable/changeable by the user.
