Octopush Reviews & Product Details

It allows us to create SMS campaigns easily and quickly, since thanks to Octopush we can configure them in a fairly simple way through its platform which is very easy to use, thanks to this, I can send information about my products and promotions to several people simultaneously, which seems to me an excellent way to promote my products in an easy, fast and cheap way, I do not refuse to pay a specialized marketing service in the future, but with Octopush I am seeing very good results at the moment. Another point that it has in its favor is the fact that it provides me with statistics, which allows me to see the effectiveness of my campaigns, giving me the opportunity to correct any if necessary. Although the user interface has a quite functional design, I feel that it can be improved to make it more attractive to the eye, since it seems to me that it is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Octopush is a versatile tool that met all or expectations. They've got impressive API documentation which really got in handy as we began our initial setup. Their customer support is 10/10 as well, fast to reply and eager to help. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a reliable SMS marketing solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was looking to send a one off SMS campaign and stumbled upon Octopush. The whole campaign creation from setup to send took less than 30 minutes. If you're looking for a simple bulk SMS campaign tool, I can recommend Octopush. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Octopush is by design simple. It could be more robust but I think it's the by design made to be simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use and easy to get started with SMS messaging & marketing! Their pricing is transparent and you can see everything before you buy. You're able to use all the features and send out messages to hundreds of countries with your target lists. Super happy with the software so far, looking for what Octopush.com will do in the future! No problems, the team has put together some great software! I think UX could be slightly improved, but only a minor issue that doesn't effect anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-More difficult (but still pretty easy) to use outside of France with not all UI copy translated and account profile focused on French companies, but that should improve in time and I’ve generally pleased with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- 2 way SMS system is awesome! This is a great way to boost your response rate and sales – for instance, you can send SMS with an offer and if something is unclear, the client can reply to get more information;

- you can schedule SMS campaigns for any day or hour;

- what’s important, Octopush is fully GDPR compliant;

- affordable pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They should work on their website – after changing language, some of the content remain in French. Aside from that, I’ve found nothing to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using text service to communicate with our clients and found Octopush an ease to use-very user friendly tool. I think something that really sets them apart from other text services we've used the past is the support we receive from the Octopush team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it gets stuck while opening Octopush, it does not open instantly. But nothing more to worry about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Platform is easy to use. They have an API that also is well documented and facilitates integration with third-party apps. Prices are good and competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chatbot is not always comprehending what is being inquired, which can lead to some roadblocks for user conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that I can boost the response rate and sales with one easy-to-use tool. It's perfect if you want to target either leads/ current clients with an SMS Campaign, which is way personal than an email campaign for example. I also like the small, yet essential features, such as the personalization merge tags and the fact that they're GDPR compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far, so good. The price is on point for the value, so I'm happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
