It does give you the information that you need in one place, Like all software it takes time to learn how to display what you need. Some of the functions were very useful and others not so much. I was not fully convienced that the data was right. Many times it did not match Google or Facebook results. But for me it was to give an idea of what the numbers were more than exact detail. There is very little here that is unique, the data can be obtained from other systems and services and in a clear way. **What do you dislike about Octoboard for Business?** As I have said the level of detail was concerning and given the data is retrieved from other platforms was difference I did not have a lot of confidence. Also when I cam to close my account the company basically ignored my questions and refused to discuss closing the account. The reason was that hidden in their terms is that they will take payment, unless you click a box in the platform. This box is not clear and they will not tell you about it. BEWARE, they will not be honest, clear or provide you with a good service. I cancelled my service, but now would never come back or recommend as honesty and good service are important. I get the feeling they need the money! Which is not something that gives me confidence. Things are great when they work, but when things do not, that is when you see what a company is really like, so take care people. **What problems is Octoboard for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to see all my analtics in one place, they did this but so did many other companies. ### 2. It's the best value for money I've found so far for a tool like this. It allows to create custom dashboards and reports in only a few minutes, it has pre-built connections to all the major platforms. Couldn't be happier. They keep launching new features and updates, which is also very nice. Also, the very few times I had issues with the service, support only took a few minutes to reply and solve the issue. **What do you dislike about Octoboard for Business?** I really don't dislike anything. There are something I would improve, but the Octoboard team is releasing very regular updates and upgrades to the tool. **Recommendations to others considering Octoboard for Business:** It delivers what they promise and are always evolving the tool. **What problems is Octoboard for Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm saving a lot of hours building custom reports from different data sources.
