It is, by far, the worst system I have ever used. The user interface is outdated and unintuitive, basic tasks feel unnecessarily complicated, and the overall user experience is frustrating from start to finish. The system feels slow, clumsy, and poorly designed for actual day-to-day operational work. Instead of making work easier or more efficient, it often adds unnecessary steps and wastes time. Even simple actions can require far too many clicks, and finding the information you need is often harder than it should be.
