**What do you like best about »OBSERVER«?**

I appreciate the reliability, timeliness, and relevance of the information provided by "OBSERVER." I find the regular newsletters extremely valuable as they help me stay informed in the industry. I particularly like the search function, which allows me to specifically search for topics, people, or companies and access the corresponding news. Setting up "OBSERVER" was very easy and particularly user-friendly, which enabled a smooth start. The presentation of the 'most read articles' and the stories from the DACH region are also of great interest to me, as they cover a wide range of topics that match my diverse interests. I find the visual presentation with the attached photos appealing, as they often say more than words. Overall, I always feel well-informed thanks to "OBSERVER" and use it very successfully in my professional life.

Sometimes there are too many notifications and I don't have enough time to scroll through everything. Maybe categories would be good and checkboxes to click on.

**What do you like best about »OBSERVER«?**

I appreciate the highly professional and solution-oriented approach of Observer, which is evident both in the rapid implementation and in the continuous provision of a tailored service. I find the automation of document and placement analyses particularly impressive, which we previously handled manually in-house. This automation has significantly increased not only the efficiency but also the professionalism of our workflows. As a result, we have achieved enormous time savings, and the speed at which analyses are provided has improved significantly. The fact that the data can be seamlessly integrated into our media system, where all parties have easy access, is another important advantage. Additionally, our clients benefit from the speed and timeliness of the information provided. The collaboration with the Observer contacts, especially Florian Laszlo and his team, is extremely reliable and pleasant, as individual needs are addressed and everything is implemented quickly and precisely. In light of these experiences, it is refreshing to have a partner like Observer, on whom one can rely one hundred percent. I would recommend Observer at any time with the highest rating of 10.

I greatly appreciate the wonderful support from the "OBSERVER" team. The customer service is excellent and helps ensure that the setup process runs more smoothly despite some challenges. Additionally, the MIO tool is extremely useful as it allows for effective filtering of information and the presentation of results is very appealing. The competent and patient assistance we receive when we have questions makes a big difference. I particularly like the excellent value for money, which strongly influenced our decision to choose the "OBSERVER". I am also pleased with the efficient overview the tool provides of our communication performance, as well as the extensive insights into the activities of competitors, which enable us to effectively adjust our strategies. Overall, the analysis tool is very efficient and provides valuable data that supports our decision-making.

I appreciate that the setup of OBSERVER was easy and user-friendly. It is a state-of-the-art tool, and the quick, straightforward setup of new search terms is particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, I value the human aspect of Observer: there are personal contacts who can be reached in case of misunderstandings or incorrect assignments. We use Observer for the professional and satisfactory execution of media monitoring in the DACH region, that is, in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. The quality of the services, combined with a reasonable price, speaks for itself and ensures that I am very satisfied. Additionally, I would very likely recommend OBSERVER, which is reflected in my rating of 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I find it great to receive a daily overview of which people have been reached by our press releases. This allows us to specifically follow up in the regions where fewer media contacts have been achieved so far.

**What do you dislike about »OBSERVER«?**

In my opinion, the layout could be made more appealing and clearer. It would also be very practical if one could access the clipping articles directly via a link.

I definitely send out press releases three times a week to a rather outdated distribution list. I find it difficult to assess which media actually pick up my releases and report on our topics. However, thanks to the observer, I receive a daily overview that helps me with this.

We have been using the media monitoring tool from Observer for over 10 years - a tool (MIO) that has absolutely kept up with the times over the years and continuously offers new options for its users, without losing its clear overview. Thanks to an extremely competent and always customer-oriented team, a solution tailored to our needs was also found, which supports me daily in my work as a press officer.

I would really have to think long to find disadvantages with this tool.

I have worked with Observer for more than 15 years now and for me its the best partner for media monitoring in Europe. They also offer great tools for analysis where you can get all kinds of KPIs for your clients in just a few seconds. On top they developed a reporting tool in our design were we can create reports in a few clicks whcih saves us a lot of time. Further they also have they own B2B magazine (online and print) called Ovation where we also have the possibiilty to feature relevant topics we have. And the best of all is the client service and support which is truly amazing.

I cannot think of any negative things, apart maybe that very rarely some clippings are missing, but that happens everywhere.

Fast and easy access to your media snippets. Especially for smaller organizations like NGOs OBSERVER is a great tool to support the communication and PR team. We use this program on a daily basis. 

It filters and sends the relevant clippings directly to our inbox. Also the reclaiming of clippings has been easy, the communication via email has been very fast.

As for now, there are no complaints I have for the service.

Very nice and user-friendly clipping archive, good customer service, and very courteous staff. Requests and problems are always addressed. It is rare for clippings to be overlooked, and they are delivered very quickly when pointed out.

**What do you dislike about »OBSERVER«?**

Complicated billing, many individual items that an agency must first calculate separately. Headlines are often transmitted incorrectly, so short texts must be manually changed before creating the press reviews.
