I appreciate that the setup of OBSERVER was easy and user-friendly. It is a state-of-the-art tool, and the quick, straightforward setup of new search terms is particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, I value the human aspect of Observer: there are personal contacts who can be reached in case of misunderstandings or incorrect assignments. We use Observer for the professional and satisfactory execution of media monitoring in the DACH region, that is, in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. The quality of the services, combined with a reasonable price, speaks for itself and ensures that I am very satisfied.
