I greatly appreciate the wonderful support from the "OBSERVER" team. The customer service is excellent and helps ensure that the setup process runs more smoothly despite some challenges. Additionally, the MIO tool is extremely useful as it allows for effective filtering of information and the presentation of results is very appealing. The competent and patient assistance we receive when we have questions makes a big difference. I particularly like the excellent value for money, which strongly influenced our decision to choose the "OBSERVER". I am also pleased with the efficient overview the tool provides of our communication performance, as well as the extensive insights into the activities of competitors, which enable us to effectively adjust our strategies.
