**What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?**

UI/UX
The platform's interface is one of my favorite things about it. Our homepage is fully branded to our company's recognition program, so it feels personal to our organization rather than a third-party tool. Everything employees need is right up front — recognizing a coworker or shopping the rewards store takes one click from the homepage. Recognitions display in a social-style feed where coworkers can like and celebrate each other, which makes participation feel natural since it works like the social platforms everyone already uses. As an administrator, I love that my budget summary is right on my home screen — I can see remaining budget and awards given at a glance without running a report. New users pick it up almost immediately, which makes rollout and training incredibly easy.

Integrations
Culture Cloud is integrated with Workday, which is how our employees access the platform. That means no separate logins or passwords to manage — everyone gets in through a system they already use every day. From an admin standpoint, that removes a huge barrier to participation, because employees don't have to remember another URL or credential to recognize a coworker.

Performance
The platform has been very fast and reliable. Pages load quickly, the feed and store are responsive, and I honestly can't recall any downtime or glitches interfering with our program. When you're asking employees across an entire company to adopt a new tool, reliability matters — and this one just works.

Pricing / ROI
Recognition ROI is inherently hard to measure, but the response from our employees has been genuinely positive — they enjoy giving and receiving recognition, and the social feed keeps engagement visible across the company. The reporting tools also let me track participation and budget utilization closely, so I can show leadership exactly how the program is being used and ensure we're getting value from our investment.

Support / Onboarding
I wasn't part of the original pilot rollout, but I was heavily involved when we expanded the program company-wide, which was a massive undertaking. The platform scaled smoothly to the full organization, and because it's so intuitive, training employees and managers across all our locations was far easier than I expected. Having a dedicated client representative to lean on for questions and data requests has also made administering the program at scale very manageable.

AI / Intelligence
One of the smartest features is the award-level suggestion tool. When you write your reasoning for recognizing someone, the platform analyzes it and recommends the appropriate award tier — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond. This takes the guesswork out of choosing a level, keeps awards consistent and fair across managers and departments, and helps ensure the recognition matches the impact of the accomplishment.

**What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?**

My biggest wish as an administrator is the ability to proxy in as an employee. When employees need help updating their profile or have a question about a store order, I can't see the platform from their perspective or make changes on their behalf — I can only walk them through it verbally or direct them to support. A proxy or impersonation feature would let me resolve these issues in minutes and provide a much better experience for our employees. Beyond that, I have very few complaints — the platform does what we need it to do.

**What problems is Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture Cloud solves the problem of inconsistent recognition across a large, multi-location company. Before, recognition depended heavily on the individual manager or location — now every employee has an equal, easy way to be celebrated for their contributions. As an administrator, it also solves the visibility problem: with dashboards and customized reports, I can show leadership exactly how the program is performing and how our budget is being used. The result is a recognition program that's simple to manage, easy for employees to engage with, and truly supports our goal of making sure our people know they matter.

**What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?**

The platform is very simple and easy to search for the provided benefits.
It is also easy to recognize coworkers and to receive points and credits from them. 
It has multiple types of gifts, that can be for example a product or used for some vacation trips to book hotels and car reservations.
I only had one issue that required support, but it worked really well and in an acceptable time.

**What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?**

The only option I would add is to increase the options available to higher amounts, as sometimes an user can have a lot of points and needs to request the same gift multiple times to use this amount.

**What problems is Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I believe the platform helps to spend recognition points in a way that the employee decides where he wants to spend theses awards. This is much better than receiving a celebration dinner, or some kind of product. This way each person can identify what he likes and decide what to do with the points.

What I like most about Culture Cloud is how easy the platform is to use, along with a customer support team that’s genuinely responsive. The recognition process feels seamless, and rewards are straightforward to access, which keeps the overall experience smooth for users.

What stood out to me most was the support team’s professionalism and follow-through. When I ran into an issue with a missing voucher, they got back to me quickly, kept me informed throughout, and made sure it was resolved. That level of communication and ownership really made a difference.

Overall, it’s a reliable platform that encourages engagement, and it’s backed by a team that truly supports its users.

**What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?**

One area that could be improved is the turnaround time for resolving reward- or voucher-related issues. In my experience, getting a missing voucher sorted out took a few follow-ups and some waiting while the request was processed with the sourcing team.

The support team was responsive and kept me informed throughout, but a faster, more streamlined resolution process would improve the overall user experience.

It would also help to have more real-time tracking or clearer visibility into reward delivery status, so users can understand exactly where things stand and what to expect.

Overall, these feel like minor enhancements, and the platform still provides a strong, reliable recognition experience.

Culture Cloud helps address the challenge of recognizing and rewarding employees consistently in a structured, meaningful way. By centralizing recognition, it makes it straightforward for employees and managers to acknowledge contributions and reinforce positive behaviors that align with company values.

For me, the biggest advantage is how convenient and accessible the rewards are. Rather than relying on manual processes, everything is handled in one platform, which saves time and helps ensure recognition doesn’t get missed.

It also strengthens the overall employee experience by making rewards feel tangible and timely. When I ran into a voucher issue, the platform’s support structure made sure it was tracked and resolved, which increased my confidence in the system.

Overall, it streamlines recognition, supports engagement, and helps employees feel genuinely valued.

The points system adds a motivational element to recognition, and receiving recognition from others is motivating as well. It offers a genuine way to stay connected, and I love being able to send messages of praise. Overall, it has helped our team recognize and appreciate each other more consistently.

I don’t have enough points to give away each month, and I often run out before the month is over. I really wish we could set the challenges ourselves, so they better match what we actually need and can keep up with.

It helps create a positive culture and has been an excellent platform for recognition and celebration. I’ve found it very useful whenever I’ve needed a gift card, and I like that it allows anyone to send a message of appreciation. The best thing I find about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is its extremely wide variety and availability. If someone needs a gift card, Amazon gift cards are easily available. If you want to buy electronics, those options are also available. Even the smallest things can be found here, making it very easy to redeem them. To be honest, I have never found anything that I needed but wasn't listed here.

Moreover, the initial setup was very easy and the onboarding was good too. Customer service is also extremely effective; I had an issue which they resolved very well, and they also placed my order. For all these reasons, I truly feel very valued using this platform.

**What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?**

Sometimes I feel that the shipping time is a bit longer than the delivery date. It might happen occasionally, but it's not a very big problem. Still, if you can speed up the delivery a bit, it would be good.

Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner gives me the option to redeem reward points for things of my choice, especially for awards. Its customer support is also really good and quickly understands and resolves my issues, making the whole experience easy and smooth.

What I like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is that it goes beyond being a simple employee rewards program and focuses on creating a culture of recognition throughout the organization. Instead of recognition being limited to managers, the platform encourages peer-to-peer appreciation, service milestone celebrations, goal-based recognition, and social recognition all in one place.

Another standout feature is how recognition is integrated into everyday work through HR system integrations, mobile access, and tools that make it easy to recognize employees in real time. This helps recognition become a regular habit rather than an occasional event.

I also find the combination of meaningful rewards, personalized awards, and culture analytics particularly valuable. Organizations can celebrate achievements while also measuring engagement, participation, and cultural impact, giving leaders insight into how recognition influences retention and performance.

Culture Cloud is easy to use. The interface is streamlined to my company's particular needs, such as the ability to post recognitions on a company wall or be more private. There are different award levels which are also easy to use. If I have to send a lot of points/recognition at once to my entire team, the system sends out/refreshes after a reasonable amount of time.

**What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?**

I can't say there is anything I dislike about Culture Cloud. Perhaps the only thing, which is most likely set by my company, is the ability to delete a post on my own. I had to use customer support and something like an eCard that is sent should be easy to remove by the poster. However, customer service was amazingly quick at my request to make a post private.

**What problems is Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Culture Cloud is solving the problem of recognizing a team within seconds. I can easily click on a person, or find another employe from within the organization, and am able to assign a number of points and a certificate level. It also solves for what the employee wants. They can convert points into whatever gift card they want, whether it's a restaurant they like or an electronics store. It's tailored to the employee.
