After my customer service experience, I got an email promising a gift card for a detailed review (no mention of timing). I wrote the review, then received an email saying "Unfortunately, your review was not one of the first we received and is therefore not eligible for a gift card." Huh? We use this service to recognise our employees, and the platform has been a great tool for that. We use it very frequently for most of our tasks. It’s been useful not only because it was easy to implement, but also because it integrates smoothly with other tools we rely on. I really appreciated how simple it was to navigate the site; the abundance of features, combined with their clear implementation, made the experience very user-friendly. I personally love the ability to easily acknowledge and celebrate team members by sending quick messages and appreciation points. Sometimes, depending on the gift I choose, I find it difficult to check whether the e-gift cards I redeem with points have been emailed, or to find out exactly when they were sent. It can be frustrating to have to wait a day or two for support to respond. I recommend improving the e-gift card tracking system to display statuses such as 'in processing' and 'emailed,' and to include an option to resend the email if it hasn't been received. The rewards that available on the O.C. Tanner are great and up to date. There are a lot of options to pick for all the different ranges. The site is easy to order from and the communication about the status of your order is top notch. I recently had to interact with Eleena from their customer service. She was awesome! The only thing that is missing from the site is the model number of the items you are purchasing.

For instance on Apple products they provide you the information about the product but not the exact model number so you aren't 100% sure what model you are getting until the item arrives.

I appreciate that Culture Cloud offers a variety of options that encourage recognition among members of the organization, making it easier for everyone to navigate and find exactly what they need. There is always room for improvement, and one aspect I believe could be enhanced is the support contact options. It would be beneficial to include an email option that guarantees a response within one or two business days. The platform is very user friendly. It provides an easy way to recognize my co-workers accomplishments, making sure that managers/administration is also aware of their good work. I find Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner to be very user-friendly, and I appreciate that we can use it anywhere since we fly everywhere. I use it to send recognition to cohorts, and it's great because everybody loves appreciation, and this gives us the ability to share appreciation with all of our employees. The platform is simple and easy to use, and if you ever have an issue, it gets resolved quickly and efficiently. It would be nice in the Dashboard to be able to see the value of points that you have distributed to your Team or to an individual member.
