What do you like best about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

The best thing I find about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner is its extremely wide variety and availability. If someone needs a gift card, Amazon gift cards are easily available. If you want to buy electronics, those options are also available. Even the smallest things can be found here, making it very easy to redeem them. To be honest, I have never found anything that I needed but wasn't listed here.

Moreover, the initial setup was very easy and the onboarding was good too. Customer service is also extremely effective; I had an issue which they resolved very well, and they also placed my order. What do you dislike about Culture Cloud by O.C. Tanner?

This platform, though newer, has been easy to understand (design) and easy to use. The layout made it easy to navigate for customer support.

I like that it is a platform dedicated to recognition and appreciation but also gives external agent support and takes feedback.

At first, I thought there was a glitch as my comment was short. My comment was short because I glanced at the prompt about '40 characters' assuming it was a limit I had to stay under. I almost did not complete this page until I began to type my longer comment. Only then I saw I could move forward. After my customer service experience, I got an email promising a gift card for a detailed review (no mention of timing). I wrote the review, then received an email saying "Unfortunately, your review was not one of the first we received and is therefore not eligible for a gift card." Huh? I love the products OC Tanner provides. I reached out through the chat for help with some previous orders I had placed, and the agent was incredibly kind and resolved everything fast. I was able to receive what I bought with my points within two minutes. I really wish more companies had a platform like this. The site is easy to navigate and i find myself on there frequently whether i have points or not . I also noticed recently that the products offered switch quite often. We use this service to recognise our employees, and the platform has been a great tool for that. We use it very frequently for most of our tasks. It’s been useful not only because it was easy to implement, but also because it integrates smoothly with other tools we rely on. I recently ordered an item and, unfortunately, it arrived damaged. I contacted the O.C. Tanner support team to report the issue, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. Their team responded very quickly and clearly explained the steps needed to resolve the situation. After I provided photos showing the damage, they continued to be extremely responsive and reassuring throughout the process. They promptly arranged for a replacement item to be sent and let me know there was no need to return the broken one, which made everything incredibly easy and stress-free. Their professionalism, efficiency, and customer-focused approach turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I really appreciated how simple it was to navigate the site; the abundance of features, combined with their clear implementation, made the experience very user-friendly. Although I didn't need to contact customer service, it was reassuring to know support was available if necessary. I intend to stay with this company for a long time, so I expect to use the site many more times in the future. Integris truly makes you feel valued, and I believe this reflects the company's commitment to its stated values from the very beginning. I recently redeemed my points for a watch from our company's online catalog. Dylon provided great support by advising on a timeframe and requesting a 'sign for' instruction for my package. Their support was great, even though it was my first time using the system and I didn't encounter any other issues. It's pretty easy to use. Sometimes, depending on the gift I choose, I find it difficult to check whether the e-gift cards I redeem with points have been emailed, or to find out exactly when they were sent. It can be frustrating to have to wait a day or two for support to respond. I recommend improving the e-gift card tracking system to display statuses such as 'in processing' and 'emailed,' and to include an option to resend the email if it hasn't been received.
