**What do you like best about NXRT?**

As a virtual reality developer for automotive, the immersive simulation software which NXRT has been provided has been useful.  It gives me a sound baseline for deploying multiple sensor systems and mixed reality experiences; therefore, we can mimic realism in simulations.

**What do you dislike about NXRT?**

Creating virtual spaces and objects demands extra application or contracting with outside 3D modeling services.  This can be a problem in the development process and sometimes slow down our rate of coming up with new and improved simulations concepts.

**What problems is NXRT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NXRT no longer necessitates the use of ready made simulation solutions but rather the tools for creating internal simulations. Its integration of both sensor systems and mixed reality makes it create a credible environment for training.

**What do you like best about NXRT?**

NXRT is undoubtedly very dividend-friendly in its dividend yield. This is what makes it so appealing to investors that prefer a constant source of income. Under this arrangement, they will concentrate on the supply of affordable apartments for those under medium to low income level and fill the gap in the housing market.

**What do you dislike about NXRT?**

The issue facing the NXRT company is their high payout ratio. It has been put up at more than 100% which implies that they are paying more dividends than they are earning. This line of thought puts a doubt into investors' minds about the longer-term ability of the payout.

**What problems is NXRT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The high dividend yield serves to have a stable basis of income for pension to my portfolio. The fact that Millennials now represent the biggest share of the rental market and knowing they do the right thing towards that segment means that they will only grow and fortify. Such a high payout ratio makes me feel excited, as potential dividend cuts are putting me on edge.
