What do you like best about Nuvei?

UNREASONABLE FEES WAS GLAD TO GET RID OF THEM. After hours on the phone, every call it was to a point where I did not see why you would use them. They are not customer friendly. It is a French company that clearly is not used to our systems here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nuvei?

They do not follow the contract, they use 3rd party to do back charges then that company has horrid customer service that does not have your correct contact information so you get screwed because you cannot fight the back charge due to finding out after the fact. I have been fighting to be paid for months even though I have chosen the customers pay the 3% so not only are they being charged but so am I. Extortion Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
