Nothing feels templated or generic. But what I like most is they're committed to a solid deliverable, not just the literal scope of work. If something needs more to actually work right, they do it. They don't just check a box. They're focused on solving the problem, not completing a task. **What do you dislike about NUUX Design Studios?** The team is based in Madrid, so there's a time zone difference to keep in mind. That said, they were very responsive and mostly worked on our timelines, so it never really slowed things down. **Recommendations to others considering NUUX Design Studios:** If you're looking for developers who have a great sense of design and user experience, Mark and his team are the ones to go with. They bring both sides together. Solid technical execution and a real eye for how it should look and feel. **What problems is NUUX Design Studios solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a Shopify store that could handle two countries with different currencies and separate bank accounts, and NUUX built it from scratch. That's not a simple setup. Most agencies either can't do it , say they can but you can tell they don't have the direct experience, or they use workarounds that create problems as you grow. We didn't want to stock inventory. We wanted print on demand, but needed to find all new vendors. NUUX handled that search, researching options, vetting a number of vendors, and troubleshooting issues along the way. Whenever a problem came up, during development or since launch, they jump right on it and fixed it. They don't hand problems back to us. Now we have one platform that handles payments correctly by country with products sourced from vendors that work for our situation. And it's all simple enough to maintain on our own. ### 2.
