**What do you like best about number8?**

They have solved the problem of hiring offsite engineers which was a big task since a huge amount of resources are wasted in search of good talent who can execute the project professionally.

**What do you dislike about number8?**

Their website can be a little more user friendly so that the clients can interact in a better manner and can explore the type of developers they might be able to get.

**What problems is number8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting good quality engineers offsite was never this easy. Now we don't have to interview multiple engineers and spend huge amount of money on the interview loop.

**What do you like best about number8?**

My team uses them to hire engineers. They put a lot of effort into vetting their candidates before introducing us, where we are then able to vet them further. The fact that they handle pre-screens means that we can spend time focusing on the details. Its a level of detail I haven't always seen with other staffing companies. 

Beyond that, their team is fantastic to work with. It is a pleasure to work with them. They take great care of their clients.

**What do you dislike about number8?**

They work with 6 month minimum contracts. Sometimes I need shorter commitments and can't always utilize them for short-term projects.

**What problems is number8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need to ramp up my development team quickly I don't want to deal with sourcing. Number 8 handles this for me, plus they hire developers from Latin America, meaning I get access to quality developers who normally wouldn't be able to work for a US company.
