It's designed to make it easy to work with insurance carriers and clients, with automatic downloads from most insurance carriers and a notes section that stays resident on the client's home page for easy reference. It's simple to update and simple to navigate. **What do you dislike about Momentum AMP, formerly Nowcerts?** There seem to be too many choices when it comes to how to file documents. I can file them under the actual policy, or in the general documents. Sometimes I confuse myself. It would help to have a set organization for filing documents. I'm sure I can create it in the program, but it would be unique to my clients and might not be clear to anyone else in my organization that accesses my clients, such as the service reps that access clients for all for the agents in the company. It would also be beneficial to have onsite training when a company first adopts the software, to make integration more seamless. I don't have a lot of time to try and figure things out on my own. There are some YouTube instructionals available, but I haven't seen them. The thing that annoys me the most about the program is that it times out and I have to log back in. I don't see where we can change the timeout function. **What problems is Momentum AMP, formerly Nowcerts solving and how is that benefiting you?** NowCerts has helped me be more organized because when I do anything or communicate with a client I document it in notes. That way, when a client calls I can quickly and easily jump to their NowCerts page and get myself up to speed with what's going on. This saves me time and effort. ### 3. NowCerts is a breath of fresh air. They have a customer service team that is willing to help. Their platform is very robust with lots of features. They integrate with a lot of other software allowing for less data entry. Their Facebook group is very helpful to ask questions and to participate in webinars. Their dashboard is highly customizable and you could almost use their system entirely to run your agency without needing a CRM. **What do you dislike about Momentum AMP, formerly Nowcerts?** Their system is always improving but it can be a bit glitchy at times. The learning curve can be steep so I highly recommend watching their training videos. In my opinion, it's almost too busy of an interface that could be cleaned up a bit. Other than that, I really like what they are doing with the software. **Recommendations to others considering Momentum AMP, formerly Nowcerts:** They have a free trial period which we used and they even allowed us to extend it to further familiarize ourselves with the product while we were making the switch. **What problems is Momentum AMP, formerly Nowcerts solving and how is that benefiting you?** NowCerts helped us get away from horrible QQ Catalyst. It's helped us integrate with our VOIP and CRM eliminating unnecessary data entry. They do a nice job with carrier downloads twice a day. ### 4. Personal Lines Downloads, reports, bookkeeping, and certificate issuing are all solid with this system. Their layout is very intuitive. The options for running reports and tracking certain statistics are very open, such that I can't think of anything more than I could ask from them They have good prices and superb customer service. **What do you dislike about Momentum AMP, formerly Nowcerts?** One problem we had seen was that there are too many 'OOPS' while trying to make changes to the update policy, other than that there is nothing that needs to be changed and according to me it is perfect. **What problems is Momentum AMP, formerly Nowcerts solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us effectively track all our communications and transactions of our customers.
