This program was designed by insurance agents. It's designed to make it easy to work with insurance carriers and clients, with automatic downloads from most insurance carriers and a notes section that stays resident on the client's home page for easy reference. There seem to be too many choices when it comes to how to file documents. I can file them under the actual policy, or in the general documents. Sometimes I confuse myself. It would help to have a set organization for filing documents. I'm sure I can create it in the program, but it would be unique to my clients and might not be clear to anyone else in my organization that accesses my clients, such as the service reps that access clients for all for the agents in the company. It would also be beneficial to have onsite training when a company first adopts the software, to make integration more seamless. I don't have a lot of time to try and figure things out on my own. There are some YouTube instructionals available, but I haven't seen them. The thing that annoys me the most about the program is that it times out and I have to log back in. As a previous user of QQ Catalyst. NowCerts is a breath of fresh air. They have a customer service team that is willing to help. Their platform is very robust with lots of features. They integrate with a lot of other software allowing for less data entry. Their Facebook group is very helpful to ask questions and to participate in webinars. Their dashboard is highly customizable and you could almost use their system entirely to run your agency without needing a CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their system is always improving but it can be a bit glitchy at times. The learning curve can be steep so I highly recommend watching their training videos. In my opinion, it's almost too busy of an interface that could be cleaned up a bit. Other than that, I really like what they are doing with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing was the most competitive I reviewed;

Light Client - ability to use from any computer via browsers;

No restrictions on being logged in from outside USA;

Financial Bookkeeping for producer and carrier commissions;

Downloads were generally accurate - other than coverage;

Issuing Certificates of Insurance;

Gmail security standards compatibility took months to fix;

Inability to build your own reports, such as premium per month;

Prestige in the industry: does not have the same name recognition as the Applied and Vertafore products;

Download compatibility: Hartford did not offer downloads to NowCerts;

They deploy accounting and other functionalities at a very competitive level. Their layout is very intuitive. The options for running reports and tracking certain statistics are very open, such that I can't think of anything more than I could ask from them They have good prices and superb customer service. One problem we had seen was that there are too many 'OOPS' while trying to make changes to the update policy, other than that there is nothing that needs to be changed and according to me it is perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
