As a previous user of QQ Catalyst. NowCerts is a breath of fresh air. They have a customer service team that is willing to help. Their platform is very robust with lots of features. They integrate with a lot of other software allowing for less data entry. Their Facebook group is very helpful to ask questions and to participate in webinars. Their dashboard is highly customizable and you could almost use their system entirely to run your agency without needing a CRM.
