Novigem Reviews & Product Details

Your reps live in Salesforce, but the behaviours you need there don't happen on their own. Activities get logged late. Pipeline goes stale. Next steps sit empty. Reminders fade and manual reviews eat your managers' time. Novigem builds the habit by making the reward immediate. It runs entirely inside Salesforce Lightning Experience, so there's no external app, no data sync, and no separate login. When a rep saves a record, points land in real time, right where the work happens. Challenges tie to any Salesforce object or field, standard or custom. Scoring is quality-weighted, so a documented meeting earns more than an empty activity log. Leaderboards reset weekly with role-based tiers, so reps have a gap they can close. Badges recognise the behaviours that build pipeline, not just closed deals. Managers get Team Pulse: each direct report's engagement, goal pace, last activity and open coaching signals, in one view. Novigem is a managed AppExchange package that has passed Salesforce security review. It installs in under 30 minutes with declarative setup, uses standard Salesforce permission sets, and keeps all data in your org. Best fit: B2B sales and customer success teams of 5 to 30 reps on Salesforce Lightning Experience.
