What do you like best about Novara Flex?

I like that with Novara Flex, everything is all in one place, and it really streamlines the process. I also appreciate the easy navigation and usability of the software. What do you dislike about Novara Flex?

Since the first date we activated our account, we have had very little support. Our salesperson was wonderful, but when it came down to implementation, we struggled. We are almost one year in, and we are still trying to figure out how to work KPA. I am sure once we get integration done and we figure out all the bells in whistles it will be great ... at least I hope for the price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
