The inability to create a working "master" schedule like winteam or salesforce. The inability for the system to create a rolling over master for each site is too time consuming. The "method" used to create a "master" is unorthodox as it requires an update every 6 months.

Shifts should be able to rollover with the ability to keep officers in that shift until they are removed or leave the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A medium sized business can utilize this app for so many beneficial functions. Scheduling, tour checkpoints, customizable reports, geofence location and tracking, license expiration notifications, and so much more. There are a few issues like logging you out of your mobile app if you log in to your back office. If you are a manager it's a separate app then the staff app but it limits you to function in place of your staff if for instance a manager has to cover their shift. Also, a field manager cannot make reports or check in's about a site or guard.

If you need this app for parking management, say at a condo or plaza, you cannot log license plates and search past violations for that vehicle or person regarding trespassing. The time interval for checkpoints or tours can be a little confusing also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The GPS tracking and geo-fencing is very helpful for employee and client accountability. Extremely easy to create tasks, patrol routes, and QR code tours. You can customize issue types and levels, which is incredibly useful for unique job sites. Many filter options for reporting allow you to adjust to your or the client's specific needs. It will enable you to store SOPs, images, and information easily accessed by employees. The customer service support is very helpful and always open to suggestions. There are some limitations on reporting and the ability to sort or remove issue types. The support team has been very responsive and working on a fix. One aspect of Novagems that doesn't meet my expectations is their 24/7 customer support. While they usually answer calls promptly, the assistance provided may lack competence in the area you need help. Thus resulting in a delay of hours or days to receieving a resultion.
