Nova HR system Reviews & Product Details

Nova HR system is cloud-based software managing employee lifecycle processes from recruitment to termination. It uses facial recognition via mobile cameras for attendance, eliminating physical biometric hardware, and GPS verification confirms employee location during clock-in while detecting fraudulent attempts. The recruitment module employs AI to parse resumes, extract candidate data, and rank applicants based on job fit, reducing manual review time. The payroll module calculates salaries and ensures compliance with regional labor laws, including GOSI filings in Saudi Arabia and social insurance processing in Egypt. Configurable salary formulas adapt to regulatory changes. Workflow automation routes approval requests based on rules, delegating to backups if needed, and supports multi-level chains. Executive dashboards provide real-time workforce metrics, while modules cover self-service, performance management, training tracking, and reporting.
