**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

For our organization, this added the ability to provide anonymous reporting, which is valuable in helping us create and sustain the culture tha we strive for. I also appreciate that there is a web app and mobile app version for use in mulitple environments. Lastly on the system it is easy to report even if you are making a complicated report it doesn't take more than 5 minutes. I also appreciated our implementation and support throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

I would like to have the ability to manually upgrade the severity or maybe in a future version have the ability to adjust the AI to fit our organizations needs even more.

**What problems is NotMe Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned previously the ability to collect information anonymously is a big componet. It has also helped us manage more of a respository versus having reports living in emails and other systems.

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

#notme provides us with an excellent tool to ensure our staff and customers are safe and happy, and have away to report complaints and concerns anonymously. We love that it can be used for things besides harassment, such as safety. As an HR Director, I enjoy that everything is timestamped and permanent. When someone comes to me directly with a concern, I will finish the meeting by having them document their concern in the #notme app so we have an official paper trail.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

No downsides, other than we do not see a ton of usage from our team. We like to think this is because our staff are fairly happy and safe at work, but we're glad they have the tool available just in case.

**What problems is NotMe Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#notme allows our employees to raise concerns or complaints anonymously, and provides us with an excellent Case Management tool so we can fully document the process. As our company grows, we want a way for our team members to feel comfortable speaking out and whistleblowing anonymously. Sometimes filing an "HR Complaint" can be an intimidating or embarrassing task, and this app makes it easy and more comfortable for the complainant.

The ease of use and flexibility of the app.  The customer service Matt D was really amazing in helping us launch the app.

We haven't yet found any.  We've only recently launched.

I like a couple things equally about the solution:
-Ability for anonymity
-Documentation for an incident can be centrally located in the platform
-Ease of use for all

I wish it required more context for incidents. I know it is designed to illilcit more conversation, however an accounting of the incident in question would be helpful instead of just descriptive words.

In addition, its super easy-to-use interface makes it ideal for our employees to engage whe necessary.  With #NotMe being app based, it' so easy to use and can be accessed at any time, any where.  
Implementation was so easy and the customization was limitless!  
Every single company could benefit from the #NotMe solution!

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

Every work environment needs to be safe for its employees - that's the basic requirement, right? All too often, smaller businesses and start-ups forget that we have a fundamental duty to our employees for their safety. We think that we're a small team -- a family even! -- and that creates safety by default.

Unfortunately, in my experience, workplace harassment can thrive in even the smallest businesses. And when the perpetrator is one of a small handful of employees, raising one's voice is a major challenge. At the same time, an ethical employer absolutely needs to know when employees are facing hostile work environments, and he or she cannot know this unless an employee speaks up.

NotMe is a two-sided app. We have a dashboard for our company for handling reports (I really like the workflow for taking on a case and adjudicating it!) and all employees have an independent mobile app that connects to our company's dashboard using a special code. By doing this, we never know the identity of any of our reporters unless they choose to disclose their identity to us.

With NotMe's completely anonymous reporting methodology, we provide our employees with their best chance at being able to report any type of harassment and we significantly increase our chances of actually being made aware of harassment in our midst.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

Because we don't manage or provision users in NotMe (to help keep employees fully anonymous), we don't have the ability to de-provision users when they leave the company, which can create confusion and/or hijinks.

**Recommendations to others considering NotMe Solutions:**

There isn't really a competitor to NotMe. So, the decision for you comes down to whether or not you want to facilitate workplace harassment reporting. Whether we're talking liability or ethics, it's important to encourage harassment reporting vigorously. To me, that makes NotMe a no-brainer.

**What problems is NotMe Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First, NotMe gives my employees a clear path to reporting workplace harassment and discrimination anonymously.

Additionally, NotMe offers a great mobile location for all employees to access our code of conduct and harassment reporting policies.

Finally, NotMe gives me the confidence that I'm doing everything I can to ensure any workplace harassment and discrimination gets reported.

The best part is that I rarely use it, if at all! And that's a great sign of our workplace health.

While we understand that there isn't the ability to remove users that may have linked your organization, we will discuss a future enhancement internally where that may be addressed. In the meantime, employees may need to speak up after being let go due to retaliation or to record other incidents that may have occurred while they were working there. So far (knock on wood), there haven't been any hijinks but we do have policies in place if they do happen from a user on the platform. A good best practice during the exit interview (if someone leaves on their own accord) or is let go, to remind them to unlink their NotMe account from the organization.

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

When looking for an annoymous reporting solution, we wanted something that would be approachable to our employees, easy to use, easy from an administrative perspective and overall a vendor who would work with us like a partner. We found all of that in #NotMe. From our first conversation, we could tell that they were People oriented and that by being People-first, we would be doing what is best for our company. Along the way, the customer service has been wonderful -- they partnered with us on trainings, been so quick to respond whenever we've had questions and done admin trainings multiple times when we've had some turnover. We're into our second year with #NotMe and plan to continue using them. Every company needs to have #Notme!

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

I don't dislike anything - they are continously working to improve the analytics and make the product even better than it already is. We appreciate that they are always willing to take our feedback into account.

**What problems is NotMe Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#NotMe is helping solve for an annoymous reporting tool solution. This was something that our employees wanted coming out of a DEI Survey back in 2021. This is benefiting us as we were able to find a simple, seamless solution that our employees can use when they need. We want our employees to know that we believe in a speak-up culture and having #NotMe is one way to demonstrate our committment to that effort.

The implementation was made simple and easy by Matt. The app itself is very user-friendly, and does not take a lot of training for our staff.

The only downfall is how autonomous the "Just Sayin'" feature is. I completely understand that desire for anonymity, but it would be nice if the company could reach out to NotMe Solutions for the identity of the employee, under certain cirucmstances.

NotMe has been very well received by our organization. It offers the ability to submit reports with your name or anonymously. The user interface is very robust and allows for employees to submit as much detail as possible and provides a chat feature to follow up with HR for updates or to give additional information if needed. NotMe's customer support and ease of implementation was top notch.

Nothing to complain about yet! It would be nice to pay a few hundred dollars to have not me do a virtual training for the team, or have some free training videos offered.

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

The #NotMe Solutions platform is so user friendly for both the reporter and administrators. It's basically fool proof and gathers all data and compiles it into an easy system to review and respond to.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

The only downside we've found so far is that when someone submits a report via the telephone hotline, the report is sent to us and we have to input it into the Dashboard instead of it being loaded automatically.

#NotMe Solutions is allowing us to house all of employee concerns in one location and allows us to provide an anonymous option for employees to report issues that arise. It's also helping to align with our company core values of safety and integrity.

#NotMe allowed us to become aware of a sensitive matter that was very high up our leadership. Without the anonymous function, we probably would have never discovered misconduct was occurring. The case management was very straightforward as the software allowed for evidence upload, making our investigation short and simple. We enjoyed collaborating on the software and concluding our investigation quickly and successfully.

I have nothing negative to say about NotMe at this time. The implementation of the softwear was fast and easy, and the resolution of our issue was made possible because of NotMe.

NotMe is allowing us to become aware of internal misconduct that we would have otherwise not learned about if not for the platform. We are very satisfied collaborating with our team on the software.

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

I did demos of 7 different products for a "hotline" solution, and #NotMe was hands down the best solution that I could find. It's a modern approach - when most others felt like dinosaurs. The fact that it's fully customizable to meet our needs, as we're not in a typical "HR" environment, is the best part. The customer service has been off the charts exceptional. Insanely good response times and full support every time we needed it. I am incredibly impressed and would say that hands down, this is the way to go.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

I would not call it a "dislike," but since they're relatively new, there are still things in development, which is a GREAT thing because that will make this product even better over time! They are responsive to suggestions as well.

**What problems is NotMe Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solution that provided the ability to provide both identified and anonymous feedback about issues potentially happening in our membership community. We wanted to give our members a voice and allow them to speak up if something was not right.

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

The perception of the app / initiative within our company has been so positive given it speaks the the new cultural language of our workforce. The mobile interface, the privacy components, and the simple ability to raise your hand, has been so well receieved!

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

Getting people to download the app on their personal phone requires consistent requests, follow up. Once thats done, the benefit is more intuitive, but it is taking longer than expected to get people to link to our company profile on the platform.

**What problems is NotMe Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a company that has high ESG standards, #not-me has allowed us to implement a solution what we needed for faster and greater visibility of important issues. While this checks a global priority, it also provides a sense of belief in our workforce that we are committmed to this, and willing to committ to it in a way that is relevant and sensitive to them, in their language, at their level.

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

NotMe has been pivotal in the implementation of our new culture initiatives. As a manufacturing company with a diverse staff, we want every concern to be addressed and every voice to be heard, and NotMe has made that possible. This is the second company I've worked with that has used NotMe, and I don't care to work at a company that doesn't have any misconduct reporting software.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about NotMe. They are constantly updating software and adding new features, which is one of my favorite parts about this company, it's ever evolving and responding to the needs of its customers.

It has definitely been a great addition to the speak up and raise your hand type of culture. We have had some incidents that in the past have gone unreported because people either didn't know who to tell or were afraid of retaliation, but NotMe has solved that type of behavior.

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

We used the #NotMe app to provide a way for attendees at our annual conference to report misconduct and/or harassment during their time at our event.  #NotMe's representative Matt D. worked closely with our organization to customize the app to our audience and event, train staff and board members to use it, and provide general support by answering questions and providing useful suggestions along the way. Overall, we found the app extremely easy to learn how to use and implement during the event. Luckily, we did not receive any reports during the actual event, but if we had, I know we would have been empowered to respond quickly and effectively thanks to the #NotMe app.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

The one challenge I see is getting attendees to actually download and use the app. We did our best to communicate this to attendees through our conference email blasts and on social media, as well as through physical signage at the event. If you have any suggestions for how to encourage wider adoption of use by event attendees, I'd love to hear them!

We are committed to making our events inclusive and welcoming for all and wanted to implement a way for conference attendees to safely report any misconduct or harassment that they may encounter during our event. #NotMe fits the bill and we appreciated how streamlined and easy it all was to incorporate the app into the event!

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

The ease of setup and the expedited launch for our team and organization was greatly appreciated. The interface was simple enough for anyone to use for reporting and was easy to join. 

The team at NotMe was very understanding of our unique circumstances as an organization and was helpful through every step. They were quick to respond and reach out to us! Great customer service!

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

Since our organization has a unique circumstance, it was sometimes difficult to figure out the best way to have someone investigate an issue when it did come up. This is with no fault to the application itself.

It is centred around the person reporting: the app design is intuitive, the collection of information starts with the person and ends with the person, the user is in control of how much or how little information they provide, it doesn't feel like a "fill-in-a-form, make a statement and get a ticket number" task and more like a "let's talk" encouragement. Systems that are too difficult to use, formal or impersonal, are intimidating to whistleblowers. The mobile format is suitable for staff travelling and attending events. The platform set-up and tailoring were fast, and the support was good.

This Product reinforces the Firm's position on treating all employees with the respect, dignity, and responsibility to which they are entitled. NotMe allows problems to be resolved quickly without harming individual staff feelings. By using a third person, we are able to resolve situations that may arise quickly.We find that it increases the likelihood of conflift resolution on a more permanent basis. Our staff is also more receptive to using the NotMe Software as a methodology to resolve their individual complaints before coming to a designated human resource person in house.

At first I didn't like what appeared to be the longer collabrative process with the NotMe software. However, the use of this systems invests all stakeholders in the outcome of the process. So it does require a little more patience on the part of the users, hiowever, I believe that this process helps the parties resolve their issues set forth.

For each of these areas, we encourage the members of staff to utilize the advantages that the NotMe Solutions can bring to the office. The onboarding process is very easy to learn and the team at #NotMe take the time to assure the customer that they will be able to manage anty reports and have support if they have questions throughout.

The only downside is to create  more engagement from the participants to sign in and be proactive if the tool is needed. Like insurance you have to have it when you need it and if you don't it may be too late. Getting people to express interest is easy enough but actually signing up with the app is another story

**What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

First is the sales engagement and contract process. The staff at #notme were amazing in helping us understand all they have to offer, how configurable it was, and how it would effectively address each of our most important criteria and organizational issues. They worked with us through a very intense executive board analysis and partnered with us to find an extremely reasonable contracted rate even. Let's be real, cost is always a concern, especially during the deepest throes of the COVID pandemic. 

Second, and I alluded to this prior, was the implementation process. #notme has an amazing SaaS offering and their implementation team was beyond prepared and had exacting materials ready to guide us through the customization of their software down to all the exact wording of each question, potential answers, and help text even. This empowered us from critical HR and legal perspectives to ensure we were offering our employees the best options in reporting and options that appealed to their emotional needs using technology, NOT an easy feat, but they did it flawlessly. When I say this implementation was easy peasy I mean it was super straightforward and they were there at every step to guide and aid as needed.

The third was also something I mention and that was our need to not only be able to improve our reporting but be able to show demonstrable improvement with accurate measurement. #notme came with a wonderful administration console that allowed us to take full ownership of their application, but also a robust set of reporting and analytics dashboards and tools. This gave us all we needed to gauge where we were at in any moment and historically, but also to be able to compare our end-over-end KPIs to see how we were using the software and how our organization was reaping benefits. #notme became intricately ingrained in our quarterly analysis of the company and publically facing information at that.

Fourth, last but certainly not least, was the partnership that followed. As I mentioned I have now selected and implemented #notme at two different organizations and I have to admit wherever my career takes me I will make a push to install them there as well. They have proven themselves to be stupendous partners, always staying connected, following up, and pushing us to be better. Informing us about their improvements and update and how to make those our own. You often hear it spoken about that change and improvement must start at the top of any company and flow down through every level thereafter. #notme not only embodies this philosophy but exemplifies it. We often have contact from their senior management checking in, but even their CEO reaches out and is always there to take a call or read an email. You will never feel neglected or trivialized when dealing with #notme.

#notme is a company that not only puts their best foot forward, but like the Hokey Pokey, they are NEVER afraid to throw their all in all and shake it all about.

You know it is trite to say, and perhaps all too commonly disingenuous, that there is nothing I dislike about a company or its offering. I can assure you that I say that here with no prevarication or dissimulation. Even when we were perhaps not meeting our deadlines or falling down they were patient with us. I am struggling to think back to any issue we had that they could not answer or meet. I have had a long career in software myself, along many disciplines from the highly8 technical such as a DBA or dev, to presently living in the product management world. I can say I have never worked with any organization that I was so pleased with. At the end of the day I know they have even helped me to strive to make our own internal processes in our product offerings more like theirs.

**Recommendations to others considering NotMe Solutions:**

First and foremost speak to your end-users, your employees, ALL of them. Find out what keeps them from misconduct reporting if anything today. Find out their concerns and their worries and look for a solution that understands and addresses those.

**What problems is NotMe Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

About a year ago the organization I was working at performed a company-wide survey spanning several thousand employees and across 5 nations. The results were in many ways expected and in even more ways unexpected. What most stuck out was that we had a serious reporting issue regarding DEI  and misconduct issues in the workplace. Being a company that valued our employees and the interactions therein we immediately defined a task force and initiated round table discussions and assigned a leader (me) to find a solution, implement it and be able to give us specific measurements of improvements back ASAP! This led to a rather exhaustive search of the DEI software and most specifically misconduct reporting software world. After careful comparison and consideration across the top 10 most important criteria to us, we landed on #notme. So what did and do we like best about #notme, as I've now selected and implemented them again as I moved to a new organization in the last year.

The number one problem we found was in a lack of anonymity in reporting. In users polled, we found that 100% would be more comfortable with any reporting if they could do so anonymously. #notme allowed us to allow our users to do just that. All the while still maintaining an open channel of communication for additional information or facts needed as well as for the user to opt-in to revealing themselves if and when they felt comfortable doing so.

Our employees feel safer having this product available to them, and it is a constant reminder that we do not tolerate any form of misconduct in the workplace.  Reaching out to HR can be difficult, especially if the misconduct has left the employee feeling vulnerable.  NotMe allows the employee to report the issue anonymously, away from the work setting in the comfort of their own space.  Or it can be as quick as the employee stepping away for a "bathroom break" where a report can be filed in just a few minutes.

What I liked best about the platform was the user-friendly tools within the app which made reporting and communicating with the #NotMe resources a breeze. The follow-up after submitting the report was excellent, and I found the in-app chat system to be a very efficient way of conversing. Throughout the process, #NotMe maintained my anonymity until I, as the whistleblower, was ready to disclose my identity. In a scary time, this service made me feel heard and safe.

What I love best about #NotMe is their dedication to our industry - they not only participate in industry trainings and conferences but they genuinely love craft beer! **What do you like best about NotMe Solutions?**

Some of the top-selling features of the app for us were that:
- Offer anonymous reporting. This was important because in Canada once an employee reports misconduct, employers must conduct an investigation. Many employees are not aware of this and sometimes don't want to become involved in an investigation for a multitude of reasons, they simply wanted to alert leadership about a situation of misconduct. By offering anonymous reporting, employees can signal misconduct of any kind - alerting leadership of issues internally - while deciding for themselves whether they want to follow the steps to pursue an investigation. 
- Customizability: It was easy to customize the app settings and options to best support our internal workplace violence and harassment policy. 
- Ease of use. We liked that employee can simply download an app to their phones and that they didn't need to go through a heavy profile creation process. This helped with internal adoption.

**What do you dislike about NotMe Solutions?**

It would be great if the Platform enabled admins to build investigation cases directly within the app, once a report is received. With timestamps that indicate when each action taken during an investigation was logged.

Great platform, I highly recommend.

We needed a low friction reporting solution for employees to be able to report misconduct both anonymously and non-anonymously. The NotMe app has allowed us to offer this to our team.

This platform is a great tool for us. The majority of our staff consist of those under age 21 and are very comfortable with technology. With COVID-19 it has been a great tool to address those safety hazards as well.

I don't think there is a downside. I think there is an untapped potential to be able to use this platform not only for reporting but for overall ER reporting and management.

Our staff are sometimes less inclined to approach HR or Managers about these issues in person. The anonymity option is great for them.
