**What do you like best about NotionTheory?**

They actually care about what they’re building. The team is smart, curious, and open-minded. They ask great questions, they push your thinking, and they’re not afraid to challenge ideas if they think there's a better way. It never felt transactional it felt like they were on our side, which made all the difference. Also, they’re just easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience smoother.

**What do you dislike about NotionTheory?**

Not a huge deal, but things did slow down at a couple of points, especially when we weren’t super clear on what we wanted. I think having a little more structure around project phases and expectations up front would have helped. A shared dashboard or something to track status would be a good addition too just so we’re not relying fully on Slack updates or meetings.

**Recommendations to others considering NotionTheory:**

They’re a great team to work with, especially if you’re doing something new or experimental. Just make sure you come prepared with a clear end goal and they’ll help figure out the “how,” but you need to know the “why.” And be open to collaboration and they’re at their best when you treat them like part of your internal team.

**What problems is NotionTheory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came to NotionTheory with an idea we weren’t even sure was possible. It was about a pretty complex immersive experience and honestly, they helped bring clarity to the chaos. They took the time to really understand what we were trying to achieve, not just technically but from a user point of view. Their process helped us move from vague concept to actual working version way faster than expected, and that gave us the confidence (and buy-in) we needed internally.
