They actually care about what they’re building. The team is smart, curious, and open-minded. They ask great questions, they push your thinking, and they’re not afraid to challenge ideas if they think there's a better way. It never felt transactional it felt like they were on our side, which made all the difference. Also, they’re just easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience smoother. Not a huge deal, but things did slow down at a couple of points, especially when we weren’t super clear on what we wanted. I think having a little more structure around project phases and expectations up front would have helped.
