**What do you like best about Notify Customers?**

It is super easy to use, very affordable and I love the human support.

**What do you dislike about Notify Customers?**

I’d really like the ability to download the main customer list, as well as any sub-lists I create. Right now, they seem to exist only within the software, which makes it hard to use them elsewhere. Like, I wanted to download it and use it as a checkin list for an event.

**What problems is Notify Customers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a quick, seamless way to send text blasts that are professional and not from my personal phone number.

**What do you like best about Notify Customers?**

Notify is exactly what I have been looking for. It connects to my Jobber scheduling app to import all of my contacts.  It's simple and easy to use. I also feel the pricing is reasonable.  I look forward to seeing my results

I wish they had an app. I feel like this would be beneficial

I like it’s easy setup and use i was able to notify my customers quickly.

I didn’t receive notifications that my clients responded to my campaign

Very easy program to use and the customer service is beyond incredible. I had some questions and emailed them and Todd answered me back almost immediately even late at night and on weekends.

Nothing I really dislike. The app is just great

Really simple to use and upload lists, great customer services as well!

There are some errors on the client portal, but no big deal for now.

I like that I can cheaply reach out to all customers at once

Can’t send videos, the software runs super slow and is glitchy. Seems like it was made in the early 2000s.
