"E-commerce piece of mind"

What do you like best about Evereye?

I know that whenever we make a sale we don't have to worry about fraud any longer. Being in the home furnishings industry, we have higher ticketed items. Before E4F, we would always be super cautious and tentative of any sale over $1000. E4F takes that out of the equation. They insure it, or don't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evereye?

We have experienced periodic credit card fraud on our e-commerce site, requiring me to manually investigate potential fraud. This took hours of my time each week and caused ship delays until I cleared the order. With Eye4Fraud, each order is evaluated and investigated for us. "Reasonable Pricing, Friendly Customer Service."

What do you like best about Evereye?

I like the reasonable rate of 1% for insuring all approved transactions. Friendly Customer Service, Mark Freund has been a patient and kind representative. Overall quite happy with the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Evereye?

To approve some transactions can take more than an hour and we aren't able to ship out the order on the same day. I've had one order take about 5 hours and that was unacceptable. Would be a lot better if they could approve transactions in a shorter time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?

I had no issues with Fraud for the first 14 years of my company. Then in the past year company was the victim of two different Fraudulent orders by a scammer. Ended up losing our product and the money from sale. I was devastated by it and was considering closing down my shop, but having a company like Eye4Fraud screening my orders and providing coverage gives me peace of mind to continue selling. What do you like best about Evereye?

There is not much to dislike about this app or program, it has been extremely helpful to our company and the only thing I dislike is that I didn't know about it before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem this Eye4Fraud helped resolve was fraud prevention. I had 2 employees wasting valuable time going over orders and making sure there were good and verifying all the information. This took a lot of time and effort that could be used in other areas of the business, but now with Eye4Fraud we are able to focus on more important things and we can count on Eye4Fraud to do the fraud prevention for us without having to worry about it. They gave me personal attention and helped me get the software working both online and with my in-house software. The whole team is there to help you. They pick up the phone and talk to you! A rarity in the world of automated answering systems. Eye4Fraud rates are so reasonable. I looked at other competitors and they were a fortune compared with Eye4Fraud. The benefit is that we can send items out to someone while they are looking for fraudulent activity. Eye4Fraud protects our business from fake orders, and chargebacks, and gives our business confidence to ship orders. If there is an issue, Joel. Mindy and Lipa are easy to communicate any problems with, and they are happy to provide further assistance. Occasionally an international order takes longer to be insured, but it is usually approved or denied within a day. If it's not insured we don't ship the order! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Evereye solving and how is that benefiting you?

They have solved the problems that we were having with chargebacks of orders that had been shipped! The credit card companies always award in favor of the buyer and never the seller.
