We went with NoFraud becuase they knew their product, had answers to our questions immediatly (very few "let me find out for you..."), and the price for what they offer could not be beat by competitors. The trial run they offer proved the value of the product, and effectiveness. NoFraud dramatically reduces tedious manual verification processes which can both be a time consumer for the CSR team, as well as cause friction with good customers when they need their order to ship quickly. We also can rest assured we are protected on every order than goes out the door now, and decrease our loss due to fraudulent purchases.
We also find the dashboards, reporting, form submission and most aspects of the NoFraud app to be very intuiative, easy to use, and balance between being simple but polished look to them.
It is VERY easy to implement and integarate into BigCommerce, and the team was very helpful all along the way. We use NoFraud daily and it has dramatically changed the man hours needed to manage orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside, which is unavoidable with any fraud software, is the potential for false flags, where a "good" customer's order is cancelled. These are rare, but do happen, and are easy enough to resolve directly with that customer. There are options to white-list good customers (or blacklist if necessary).
