This proactive support capability sets NMI apart from other gateways like Authorize.net. The login function is really helpful as it allows me to see exactly what the merchants are looking at or to get the details they are missing. Another big feature I find incredibly useful is the ability to have multiple processing backends loaded up on NMI. This lets me easily swap or point to another backend without needing a whole new gateway, especially if one goes down. The uptime has been phenomenal, and it's been a great experience using them for about 6 years with very few issues. It's my top recommended gateway, a 10 for me. **What do you dislike about NMI Gateway?** I wish that NMI could pull in deposit details. That's the main thing they are missing. Pricing is excellent, and they have always been fair and reliable, particularly with chargeback request resolutions. Now, being directly integrated with Go High Level, they're absolutely going to be my go-to processor. **What do you dislike about NMI Gateway?** Getting started is a little more of an in-depth review process than it is for some other platforms of this nature. My company works with a lot of different payment gateways: like FLuidPay, EPN, Cardpointe, Auth.net and NMI. And I got to say that NMI support and NMI integrations features are top notch. First I love the interface. Most of my merchants understand what is what right off the bat. Also, the integration options - like the integration with Quickbooks is definitely a top feature I always recommend to my merchants. **What do you dislike about NMI Gateway?** In our company we use different gateways for different things. Auth.net's API integration is so easy to attach to almost any websites, and Fluids Pay options for Cash Discount are unique and no other processor has. So in that regard, if NMI can match at least one of those things, I can see that making the system a lot more interesting to the merchants. **What problems is NMI Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** NMI is solving our problems with Quickbooks integration specifically. There is no other gateway that does this better than NMI. The easy functionality of the virtual terminal is a huge selling point to our merchants and they never seem to have an issue. **What do you dislike about NMI Gateway?** The only downside I can really think of are the notification delays between the gateway and our ACH Processor, Jack Henry. Sometimes it takes support requests days/weeks to find a solution which our clients aren't too pleased with. **What problems is NMI Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of our clients have one gateway to process CCs and another to process Echecks which means twice the gateway fees etc. NMI is a one-stop shop which is very beneficial ### 25. One thing that could help our team is a dedicated relationship manager that we could contact with escalated support issues when we are stumped with a client request. **What problems is NMI Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the top benefits that NMI provides is the ability for level 3 payment processing which has become a big portion of our client's business. I would like to see less hold time if possible. **What problems is NMI Gateway solving and how is that benefiting you?** Level 3 transactions are very easy to run using this gateway, this in turn allows for more savings on transaction fees for these types of charges.
