I like that with NMI Gateway, as the Processor, I can log in and assist my merchants, which is crucial for those who are not tech-savvy. This proactive support capability sets NMI apart from other gateways like Authorize.net. The login function is really helpful as it allows me to see exactly what the merchants are looking at or to get the details they are missing. Another big feature I find incredibly useful is the ability to have multiple processing backends loaded up on NMI. This lets me easily swap or point to another backend without needing a whole new gateway, especially if one goes down. The uptime has been phenomenal, and it's been a great experience using them for about 6 years with very few issues. It's my top recommended gateway, a 10 for me. I love the Virtual Terminal in NMI Gateway that allows merchants to key in transactions, issue refunds, run batch reports, and manage customer billing profiles. It's great to have the ability to log into one portal from anywhere, making payment processing easy and convenient. The power to run reports and stay on top of sales and business is a big plus. I also find the setup very simple, and the HELP tutorials make it easier to learn about additional products. Not having an ACH feature on their invoices is something that can greatly help our customers. If invoices could have two options, one for ACH and another for Credit Card Payments, it would give cardholders options and provide Merchants with various ways to accept payments. The ease of use of the virtual terminal is always a great feature and easy to use in case the gateway itself is down. . Integration is usually a breeze for merchants and we never have an issue reaching customer service and getting any issues solved. Very comfortable with the platform after only a few uses. Multi-MID (merchant identification number)

One platform to accept regional and offshore payments. We are able to transfer money inbetween two branches locally, and from the same Gateway internation payments can be taken, and it keeps a seperate accounting on both types of payments.

All the data is saved, each transaction is unique and has unique ID, we can look for transactions, who made the transaction, if the transaction was approved of No fraudulant. etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NMI is a simple, secure solution; we use it every day; the best thing is the user rights, we have a massive team of 100 plus that uses this, and they can be sectioned into sales and have a team that manages recurring payments etc.. the usability is effortless. The reporting is sport on simple allowing you to view a wide verity of how the payment was captured from settlement type to dates and amounts and names etc... I don't have anything to dislike about NMI. I sat here for a moment to think, hmmmmm what sucks about NMI??? What is it they could do better??? Currently, I don't think it needs any improvements; even if NMI is having an issue, they have a section showing the site is running slower then usual and a fix in progress..
