The total ecosystem of products is nice. There could be better synergy between the products, from login, data, and a single UI, as with the CRM and gateway. They have added some modern integrations to better compete in the market, such as Shopify and Bill Connect, but they came very late compared to competitors and market saturation. Customer support has been slipping over the past 2 years. They acquired too many different companies in a short period of time and have neglected their core business. Development completes half a project and takes years to finish a product development, as was the case with Collect Checkout. It took 2 years for them to add donation and recurring transactions to replace QuickClick. Another example was their invoice module, which has been known for 5 years, that it needed improvement, but they opted to integrate a 3rd party with costs 2 or 3 times more than improving their simple internal invoicing. Simple features such as a QuickBooks transactional sync, which at this point almost every gateway offers, are only available through a 3rd party and at additional costs. The four price increases over a period of 14 months were a little much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
