I like that OnlineConvertFree makes file conversion quick without making things complicated. I can upload a file, choose the format, and download it in just a few minutes. The website is clean, easy to understand, and I was able to start using it without any setup. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I prepare diet guides, patient handouts, presentations, nutrition charts, and clinic records almost every week. Before sharing them with patients or students, I often convert Word documents, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations into PDF so they are easier to open, print, and share. I also convert images when I need a different format for presentations or educational material. The OCR feature is useful when I need to copy text from scanned documents instead of typing everything again.
Sometimes I also need to convert short educational videos and audio files into different formats before sharing them on different platforms. It is helpful that I can do that from the same website instead of using another converter. Another thing I like is that I can handle different file types in one place. Having everything on one website saves me time because I can finish different file conversions without changing websites. It works well with the Microsoft Office files I already use, so it fits naturally into my normal workflow. The files are processed quickly, and the formatting has stayed good in the documents I converted. Overall, it has become a simple and reliable part of my regular workflow for preparing and sharing health education content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My experience has been good overall, but there are a couple of small things I would like to see improved. The website sometimes shows too many ads, and they can be distracting while working. I also think the maximum upload size for video conversion could be higher because larger educational videos may need to be converted. Improving them would make the experience even better.
