I was charged $588 even though I ended one day after the trial period ended and they refused to refund my money. Really? I used the service for three hours and have to pay $588. Any other company or business would have promptly refunded my money, but they don't operate above board. There is no phone number to call them, all is done through chat bots and emails and the people who answer them are very aggressive. I signed up to trial their service. The messaging is very unclear (as I and many others have experienced.) I queried Ninja Outreach within minutes of mistakenly upgrading my trial to a full immediately paid account by adding another user. Reading other reviews there a number of ways Ninja Outreach swindle money out of unsuspecting potential customers. What starts as a 'trial' is quickly converted by a unclear notifications. They're also very quick to point you to their 'no refunds' policy. DO NOT SIGN UP. This is not a company that values their customers. You can get the same services they offer with many other companies who value your custom. A little clunky and slow to my liking. I haven't been able to use their search function to find quality Instagram influencers. They are using Keyword-based search and most of the time, the influencers I found through the search function are not in my niche. They showed up just because their bio has certain words. The following day I was looking for their prices page which I couldn't find immediately so I clicked on the UPGRADE button thinking it would take me to the pricing packages page. Instead, it debited my account for a full year's subscription of $1428. I immediately contacted them over chat. There is no phone number or email listed on their website so the chat function was my only option. I had been speaking to Kit over chat since starting the free trial so she knew who I was and that I was on the free trial. I immediately told her that I had made a mistake in clicking upgrade and requested my money be refunded. She refused. Kit: "Yes, I have checked your account and I see that after you ended your trial you were automatically charged the price of the Annual Plan ($1428)." Now, the key thing here to note is the word AUTOMATICALLY. There was no alert or pop up or any page or anything alerting me to the fact that if I clicked on UPGRADE that I would be charged. I asked to speak to the CEO Jean-Pierre Khoueiri and after hours of trying, he called me. I explained the situation that I had made a mistake and it was clear that I had contacted the company within minutes of the mistake. He said he would ask Kit to review the situation again but that he didn't make the final decision when it came to refunds. He leaves that entirely in Kit's hand. They offered me a 25% discount which I refused. I fail to understand their reasoning about why they won't give me a refund. Their reason is that I made a mistake and that it is entirely my fault. I should have looked at their Terms and Conditions that say that they don't give refunds. BEWARE: They do not make it clear anywhere on their website that you'll be charged automatically. I would steer clear of this company at all costs. Their attitude is completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Why would I now accept their offer after how they have treated me? I responded to them to say that I reject their offer and since then there has been radio silence. **What do you dislike about Ninjaoutreach?** Everything! The company maintains they make it very clear that the user will be charged but this is simply not so. If so many people are having the same issues, how can it be clear? The lack of transparency in the company is a definite red flag. There is no Google My Business listing. There is no phone number and there is no email listed on the website. I had to go to the very bottom of the T&Cs page to find their contact details. I fail to understand why they hold people hostage. Their predatory tactics are abhorrent. There is no cooling off period and their T&Cs say there is no refunds. I will do everything in my power to get my money back. Using their API, especially for Instagram, allows us easily to find the right influencers and way to market. The system locked me out from using any of the features. Beware - they expect you to pay for any previous months, even though the system will lock you out entirely and is not usable, they consider it "active" - The billing system, in my opinion, is totally fraudulent. The staff appeared completely aware of the issue and was being very pushy. We are able to manage our outreach emails more effectively, track who we have sent to and schedule follow up. This enable us to effectively reach our targeted link creators in the fastest and systemic way possible. Best of all. No duplicates outreach. When we did this manually previously, we encountered the problem of duplicate sites between teams. Ninja outreach totally removed this issue for us. **What do you dislike about Ninjaoutreach?** The one and only thing that can be really improved on is an overall dashboard to track performance of the campaigns. The existing one is not enough to provide comprehensive comparison between the performance of different campaigns. As we have different teams to handle different target sites. we need a fast and effective dashboards to give us an overview of their results. **Recommendations to others considering Ninjaoutreach:** If you want to minimize the whole process of link prospecting and manage your out reach emails, Ninja outreach is something you must consider. Don't take my word for it, use their trial period to experience first hand on what capabilities this tool can provide. **What problems is Ninjaoutreach solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ninja outreach tool makes the whole outreach process a breeze. Link prospecting now becomes so easy than ever before. The functions to filter out lower DA sites help save lots of time. And the 1 main feature no other tool provides is the the chrome extension that manually pull search data from google search results. ### 46. What started out as a tool I wanted to test out turned into the only one I use for spreading the word about my content. The extension works really well. With a single click, the article is scraped. I pretty quickly can create outbound campaigns without issues. **What do you dislike about Ninjaoutreach?** Sometimes I wish there were more templates. The data isn't always perfect. **Recommendations to others considering Ninjaoutreach:** If you try it against some of the other tools like BuzzStream or MailMailer, I think you'll find it does the job at the best price. **What problems is Ninjaoutreach solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating most of the amplification side of content. ### 47.
