I originally had a good experience with NIM VIDEO. The platform made a few fun videos to spotlight my upcoming book series. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were many inconsistenceis with Nim Video. After using for a day or two I noticed that despite paying for more and more "credits" the program started making more errors, but still charging me for their incorrect productions despite clear prompts. The credits were costly. The errors included not following the prompts, adding details that were not in the prompts, bad orientation of the video, not the length requested, and using verbiage inside the video that was nonsensical and seemed almost cryptic! I tried to contact customer service and was eventually ghosted by them. I also tried to get credits back- no help - still charged for poor execution. And then, when I wanted to see the pricing and details of the montly plan I was charged for an ANNUAL plan with no ability to get refunded (again ghosted). So, poor website, poor customer service, and poor quality of the eventual product about 50% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
