Joann has always been so responsive, helpful and kind in all of the communication I've had with her over the years. Yes! We've used Ngage for 5+ years now. We've never considered NOT utilizing Ngage because it's really gotten us many, many clients. Ngage and Joann are perfect because they are available when we need them, but never push anything...I always appreciate it when Joann reaches out with a special deal or new tool, but she has never once been pushy or demanding. We have had a wonderful working realtionship. Every time I've had a billing question (to adjust bills because of miscalculated leads), Joann has immediately taken care of my issue even though billing isn't her department.
