What do you like best about Nextpoint?

We've been using Nextpoint on a quotidian basis for more than four years now. It's very easy to train new users on and offers powerful functionality for a more modest price than more monolithic solutions aimed at monolothic institutions. The ability to upload as much data as we care to has been extremely helpful for as long as we've used this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextpoint?

Their search funcitonality has evolved in ways we have diverged slightly from, but I've been very impressed by the degree of responsiveness their customer support and technical teams have shown in incorporating our feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
