**What do you like best about NextLM?**

I’ve worked with a lot of technology platforms over the years, and NextLM AI is unlike anything I’ve seen before. The platform is fast, intuitive, easy to navigate, and delivers incredibly valuable insights.

As impressive as the product is, what truly sets NextLM AI apart is the team behind it. Julia has been absolutely phenomenal, answering questions and providing support at all hours of the day. Whenever I ran into challenges, Harshit was there to help quickly and efficiently. And when my leadership team needed a deeper understanding of the platform, founder Chris personally joined a training session and took the time to walk us through the capabilities.

The level of customer support, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to client success has been exceptional. It’s rare to find a company where both the technology and the people are equally impressive.

From what I’ve seen and heard, this is only the beginning. The roadmap for the platform is ambitious and exciting, and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s next.

The tool itself is amazing, but it’s the people behind it who have truly earned—and will continue to keep—my business. I highly recommend NextLM AI to any organization looking for a powerful, innovative solution backed by an outstanding team.

Still learning all capabilities, but I’d like to set alerts for off hours too (like 1:30 vs 1 or 2)

**What do you like best about NextLM?**

What stands out most about NextLM is the intent data. Instead of giving me a generic list of contacts, it surfaces people who are actively researching the types of solutions I sell, which makes prospecting much more targeted and relevant.

The contact data has been accurate, and the amount of information available for the price is hard to beat. I’ve used platforms that cost significantly more and delivered less context or lower-quality contact information.

I also appreciate the month-to-month model. The platform has to earn your business every month rather than locking customers into long-term contracts.

The support team has been extremely responsive as well. Questions get answered quickly, feedback is taken seriously, and I’ve had direct access to the leadership team when discussing product improvements.

**What do you dislike about NextLM?**

The platform is continuing to evolve, and there are opportunities to further refine search filtering and ranking. That said, the team is extremely responsive to feedback and moves quickly on product improvements.

**What problems is NextLM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NextLM helps me identify people who are actively researching the types of solutions I sell. Instead of spending hours building lists and guessing who might be interested, I can focus my outreach on prospects who are already showing buying intent. That has helped me have more relevant conversations and spend less time prospecting.

**What do you like best about NextLM?**

I use NextLM for Intent Lead Generation and it significantly increases our outbound cold email system metrics. I like the detailed research on each prospective client, and it really helps us stay focused on high intent buyers. I love how it provides a score of willingness to purchase. The initial setup was extremely easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about NextLM?**

I’ve had a few bounced emails. The emails are returned as non-deliverables, so it's important to double check and verify the emails are current.

**What problems is NextLM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use NextLM for lead generation, improving our outbound email metrics and focusing on high intent buyers with detailed research and purchase willingness scores.
