**What do you like best about NewSysRS?**

NewSysRS is great for managing software for small, mid, large enterprise businesses of all sizes. It helps organisations to have streamlined operations by providing workflows, tasks and other capabilities.It helps organisation to create custom swinlanes, cards, columns and helps track status of the tasks across different projects. They provide great support and can be integrated easily to projects

**What do you dislike about NewSysRS?**

It has been smooth and great to me so far

**What problems is NewSysRS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides great support for requirements gathering and managing them to make sure the process is smooth. User can create custom dashboards to get insights of projects, task , perfomance of tasks and other metrics via pie chart, graphs and bar graph.
