**What do you like best about New Dialogue?**

It was easy to setup, understand and upload content. I was able to create a Chatbot easily within a few minutes and get it up and running on our Intranet.

**What do you dislike about New Dialogue?**

There should be a User Guide so I can understand how to use some of the tools.

We use New Dialogue to securely chat with customers files.

closed source? as a user i understand this is more secure

**What do you dislike about New Dialogue?**

Not a lot - i guess many people like to format the outcome reports their own way so maybe that is something to look at?

**What problems is New Dialogue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

doing bespoke advice documents/client documents when referencing technical material.
