**What do you like best about NetSupport Manager?**

How easy it is to use once installe as well as how easy it is to deploy to new workstations.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

The only negative thing I can say about NetSupport Manager is that the pop up on the machine that you connect to can often get in the way. It can be easily closed or minimized but it will pop back up after some time.

**What problems is NetSupport Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing user computers from a remotely. it provides a tool to use to connect to and control computers that are in need of adminstrative assistance.

**What do you like best about NetSupport Manager?**

NetSupport Manager is easy to use and consistently stable and is able to connect to other systems without problem. It has been very good at troubleshooting remote computer and it allows me to record sessions which makes process review way less stressful.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

The app works well so nothing comes to mind in terms of disadvantages.

Unattended Installation of software updates on remote computers is fast and user-friendly. It makes it easy to communicate through the chat window during the remote session.

**What do you like best about NetSupport Manager?**

I really enjoy the backstage and trigger options. It helps determine when a system comes online so that I can hop on and take care of an issue.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

I have noticed the desktop version is much faster than the mobile version.

**What problems is NetSupport Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system lets me use powershell on the remote computer. I can paste to the keyboard. Easy and quick to drag and drop files into the remote workstation.

Easy to install the agent, easy to use and also offers an option of a pop up window to communicate with the other users.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

Nothing really, everything works as I would expect.

I manage to monitor and connect securely to remote servers and setup sessions with remote employees on their home machines.

It installs easily on individual clients giving me control and access from anywhere in the world.

I love everything  about the product. I have no dislike .

It allows me to update and install software on domain computer without running all over.it enables me to monitor and control individual device depending on my setup.

It allows me to update and install software on our domain computers without running all over.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

If I could pick one thing to be improved it would be the scripting engine.

I manage several user PCs and this product helps me troubleshoot the remote locations with ease and send out mass messages to all users for downtime notifications.

Installing the agent on machines is easy and can also be automated. The process to gain access to remote support is quick and simple.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

Maintaining user roles and security permissions can be hard to figure out at first.

Reduced response time greatly when I need to install a printer or software for staff member.

I frequently use NetSupport manager tools. It ease to implement and integration. It has shophisticated feature to work smartly. Its very easy to control and monitoring organizations employee. The customer service is also active.

There is nothing to dislike about the tools. But sometimes its shows error to connect network.

Its help to provide our organizations employee it support very easily. I work very smartly sitting in my desk.

its multi-platform support and flexible network options like LAN WAN or  internet , it can connect via remotley.

There is  no way to get support  from everything is  on chat not body is there  to support.

it helps  to provide remote support using this  utility.

**What do you like best about NetSupport Manager?**

We have been using NSM for more than seven years & serving the clients significantly. It's good to support the user & monitor the behavior of the issues. You can also add in the security for clients before connecting to ensure their privacy & the most impressive feature is to take on multiple users simultaneously.

There is nothing to dislike about the service being provided by NSM.

Easy of use and all the extra features that are available.

A little bit difficult to start with but with continued use it was a suitable solution.

Connectivity with outside staff, we are able to remote easily to external users and servers without any issues.

**What do you like best about NetSupport Manager?**

Netsupport is simple to install (both client and manager), mostly simple to use, and easy to learn. One can learn to use the software in days, if not hours, when their profile is set up correctly. One can connect to an entire system worth of computers with no trouble at all, with a variety of control options (watch, control, share control). There is a chat option to the client, file sharing with the client, as well as a mass-messaging system. 

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

Messing with setup profiles can sometimes be a pain in the rear, and when you're in the middle of connecting to a few PCs the software has a tendency to crash. Some options could use a bit of fleshing-out. 

**What problems is NetSupport Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Netsupport manager supports our entire library system's software problems without needing to travel to a branch to solve those problems.

This is a great tool, it best features aor capabilites are as following:

* Cross platform, Linu, Mac and Windows.
* Centralized remote control.
* Remote console capabilites, for special support.
* Inventory is great.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

There's nothing much to dislike about  NSM, is a very great tool, matbe what I dislike a lil bit about it is the chat features that even tho is great to chat with the user I didnt find a chat log.-

If you want an aplication that can help you with the inventory, remote support chat wih users and consle capabilities to edit registry and other stuff this is the tool for you

Remote support and aplications updates in over 500 computers in 10 different cities

The ability to access remote devices in a secure, and faster way.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

The NetSupport Manager for Linux is a little bit complicated to install and not so good user interface.

**Recommendations to others considering NetSupport Manager:**

For Linux users, this is not the best remote manager but for Mac and Windows users, this is a product I would recommend. Its a safe and reliable product to work with.

Allows us to connect, control and manage our cloud servers and other remote devices within our company in a secure manner.

**What do you like best about NetSupport Manager?**

I like the ease of adding computers to the network manager program. Loading IP addresses and configuration is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about NetSupport Manager?**

I dislike the fact that when internet is down, Net Support is wonky.

Net Support Manager provides access to all computers in one network. Also allows the ability to block and restrict certain applications and websites.

The ability to save your most frequent connections and organize them into groups is a convenient feature I really enjoy.  In addition, the reduced support cost from being able to perform basic troubleshooting remotely is also a plus.

There are not many aspects of this software that are negative enough that require a review.

**Recommendations to others considering NetSupport Manager:**

If you are looking to reduce support costs for basic issues, this package is one to consider.

NetSupport lets us connect to servers and PC's in remote sites to perform basic troubleshooting, thus reducing the need for vehicle and tech dispatches.

We manage an entire school district with this software. We're able to manage, deploy, and maintain machines with ease.

I love this software and have absolutely no issues with it.
