There are no inventory roll ups to overview the stock as company. There are no ways to get datasets out of it in an automated way either via scheduled email or API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate Netstock's forecasting capabilities, which greatly assist us in planning with our suppliers. This feature ensures we maintain efficient inventory levels by anticipating demand and adjusting our stock accordingly. Additionally, I find the classification of products extremely valuable, as it helps us identify which items are in excess, stocked out, or at risk of stockouts. This clarity allows us to focus our efforts on managing inventory more effectively across our multiple locations. Through these tools, Netstock simplifies complex processes like ordering and inventory management, enhancing our overall operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that Netstock could improve its functionality by allowing classifications or statuses to be viewed more specifically by vendor. Our operations are broken down by vendor, so having the freedom to apply this structure within Netstock would be hugely beneficial. Additionally, although the initial setup was fairly easy for most, some of our older employees faced difficulties, suggesting that the system may not be as intuitive for less tech-savvy users. I love the dashboard and visual reporting, which makes it easy for different teams to access real-time data and understand forecasts. The learning center has been a great resource, especially for onboarding new team members. The batching feature in the supply model has also made order management much easier compared to our old Excel process, and support from the Netstock team has been timely and knowledgeable. I still have to manually adjust order recommendations due to batching constraints and minimum order quantities, as Netstock doesn’t automate this yet. It would be even better if batching and rounding up orders could be automated, which I hear may be coming in a future update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
