Guidane was provided on how to sanitise our data pre implemnentation, for a better experience. Customer Support team were excellent and onboarding was great and interactive. I use NetStock daily, it's my go to for reviewing inventory and looking at what POs need to be raised. NetStock has many features which can be utilized to improve the user experience. **What do you dislike about Netstock?** I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page. These can be viewed however from downloading a report and filtering from there. Aside from that, I do not have bad things to say. **What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part. I can now spend more time on value add tasks as opposed to data entry and number cruncing. We also do inhouse manufacturing; 3 rd party contract manuacturers and turn key items from overseas across the globe and multitude of lead times. We have 3 brands and Netstock has made it more manageable, improved visbility, improved stock availability and and improved OOS and at the same time positioned our inventory over the last 12 months to a much optimised position and we are on our target to achieve better stock turns & the integration between our ERP and Netstock is seamless. We had great support from the Netstock team to customise the tool and helped with smooth implementation. I use it everyday and the level of visibility our company has since the launch of Netstock is immeasurable. **What do you dislike about Netstock?** Due to how our business is setup, we do have some areas of the dashboard and the newer AI recommendations which does not suit us. Also the subscription we use does not encompass customised and easy to build DIY reports which is difficult some times to having to modify existing reports to our needs. **What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Netstock is helping reduce OOS and maintain the right product inventory at multiple DC locations. It is aslo helping review channel level forward forecasts for upto 24 months ( customised for us) which is absolutely fantastic as our NPD teams work far ahead of 18 months for the upcoming product launches. It has resolved the manual errors and manual massive spreadsheets the company used in the past which resulted in excess buying due to incorrect forecasts and disposal of incorrectly purchased raws. Sales, stock out, purchase cost, ABC matrix classification, **What do you dislike about Netstock?** Well, sometimes it would be great if allow to go deeper with some information that you need to go to Sage 200 (in my case) to check it: Which customers have bought the references? Are the reference in promotion? What was the purchase cost 12 months ago? However, as our Excel files became more advanced, they also became less user-friendly. Additionally, the time required to build these files became a significant issue. Netstock now eliminates all of that work and performs the task 100 times better than any Excel report could. It has been a game changer in terms of bringing our inventory levels to where they need to be. **What do you dislike about Netstock?** The main thing that I find lacking about Netstock is the inability to create and customize reports. Every inventory report that I download requires some formatting in Exel to get the data organized so I can easily read it. It would be a great feature to be able to create a template so that I didn't have to spend time fixing the report to how I want it. **What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?** Netstock has been tremendously helpful at preventing us from ordering too much stock of the wrong items. Regular data refreshing is needed, which takes time while viewing an inactive invertory when stock constantly change **What problems is Netstock solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are constantly developing new ways to view inventory, allowing you to drill down into an item to see the bigger picture. Once you get to know Netstock, with the help of a fantastic support team, navigating the system is easy. Unique reports tailored to your own business can be added. Managing the Dashboard allows for a better view of all inventory and warehouses. With item classifications and velocity added, it gives you the benefit of focusing on the crucial parts of your business. Grouping multiple items allow me to deal with customer-specific items, which is vital for us not to run out of stock. I can set policies for either groups or individual items, managing everything that influences those items, on one screen. I can exclude inventory from Netstock, by adding a simple setting in our ERP, which draws through to Netstock. Setting Netstock to look at Inventory lead times history instead of Supplier lead times has allowed for a more realistic due date when placing orders for items that take a different amount of days to be delivered.
