NetCamps is priced to align with the performance of your camp/event.

Free camps/events are free to use NetCamps up to 50 registrants. Once you receive 50 registrations, you can continue to secure more registrations but we ask that you purchase additional slots to do so.

Paid camps/events are only assessed a fee when a paid registration is received - so nothing is paid for out of pocket. And the fee can be passed to registrants if desired, which effectively makes NetCamps 'free' to camp administrators when this option is enabled.

The only time an 'out of pocket' fee is incurred is if a user subscribes to NetCamps PLUS, which is our premium level subscription. For a low fee of $15/month, a user gains access to many premium features to be used with any camp/event!

Pricing information for NetCamps is supplied by the software provider or retrieved from publicly accessible pricing materials. Final cost negotiations to purchase NetCamps must be conducted with the seller.

*NetCamps fee for paid camps/events includes all credit card processing fees. Upon setting up a paid camp/event, the user selects whether the fee should be deducted from proceeds or added to the price of the registration. The software then applies the fee accordingly.
