The contact people we had were very pleasant to work with and they tried to make ReDoc work for us in any way possible. I liked that the program was web based because it was easy to access when needed on laptops throughout our facility. **What do you dislike about Net Health Therapy for Hospital Outpatient?** The layout and over all use of Redoc is in need of help. Billing took 10 extra steps to get one claim to send out. Inputing a patient needed all information at once in order to schedule. The printing out of a schedule or evaluation from a PT was not well organized. **Recommendations to others considering Net Health Therapy for Hospital Outpatient:** This is for a larger clinic. One that has more than 15 employees and ones that are all electronic based. **What problems is Net Health Therapy for Hospital Outpatient solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, our practice stopped using the product. ### 5.
