**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

Setting expectations while building a process. Even when you have a mature business, sometimes responsibiliities are missed or even a process hasn't been developed. With Work-Relay, it is super simple to create a process and assign tasks. 

It's great, from project managers to specilaists, to log into a system and know exactly what is expected of you to deliver great service to a customer. 

I love giving that clarity to my staff on what I expect from them and to make sure we're not missing deliverables.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

Haven't found a real down-side yet. They keep iterating on the product and releasing UI enhancements with Salesforce major releases. So as I grow into the product, it keeps growing too.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we sell a product, we have to onboard them and occassioinal configure licenses, API keys, and other credentials to enable our product to work with our customer systems. 

Transitioning from Sales to Delivery and having a clear process through that exchange of responsibilities is crucial so consistent communication is kept with the customer and then we deliver on our product services!

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

WorkRelay is a very well-designed BPM tool where we found most of the features we wanted for process management,
 and even some we haven't considered yet, allowing us to cover all our process management needs. 
The implementation was straightforward, and the support team has been extremely responsive and ready to guide us or provide workarounds.
Our first WR users who use WorkRelay daily 
have already reported how easy it is to prioritize and monitor/update the processes without needing code.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

We have found only two different use cases where we needed a workaround, and Support was there to help us along the way.

1) There is no option to make a process recurring while maintaining the historicity of the runs.
We resolved that by creating a new "Process Runs" object, which hosts the different process instances.

2) The out-of-the-box dashboards were mostly focused on Step duration rather than Step effort from our resources.
This is easily solved with custom Salesforce Dashboards/Reports, or by sending the data in an external Data Warehouse and Dashboard tool (e.g. Snowflake & Metabale).

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Processes are always changing and it is becoming difficult to train and communicate resources on all the updates and specific per case steps.
In addition, there are many dependencies between process steps among many different teams.
With WorkRelay our users focus only on the tasks that are not blocked and can be completed,
while the account/service managers can easily monitor the processes and identify issues and bottlenecks.

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

Work-Relay has been an instrumental component of our business transformation as it has enabled our processes to be orchestrated and visualized end-to-end. It helps various resources answer key questions like: What is the status of each project & all projects? What project or process step needs attention most? What are the system level priorities? Do we have everything needed to start the next step? Where is work most commonly getting stuck? Among many other questions… In addition, the tool incorporates Theory of Constraints concepts to enable flow, unlike any other workflow tool. Key users utilize the tool to drive their day-to-day work and move work through the system with speed and quality for maximum throughput. We truly feel like the tool supports and enables the process to work effectively! In addition, the support team has been excellent to work with, very responsive, and has helped us work through designing complex, flow-based logic into the tool.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

The only area of improvement I can think of is around making the logic that was actually built into the tool readily available in a way that can be referenced and understood by key process owners. I will always forget the detailed mechanics of the logic as time passes, and while the support team always provides/explains the logic readily, it would be helpful to have a reference space to look it up on demand when in conversation with users or evaluating potential changes. Although, this has not been a critical concern.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Defining a process, visualizing the work, identifying where work gets stuck, focusing resources on the right work, ensuring work is completed in full before moving to the next step, tracking work within the process, etc.

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

Work-Relay is a very complete and flexible tool that allowed us to fill in gaps in Salesforce features that did not exist (process management, contextual and dynamic forms) .
Even though it evolves and is enhanced on a regular basis, the platform remains very stable.
The customer support from the team is stellar: they are very knowledgable, helping and fast to answer.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

Work-Relay has many features we do not need and do not use, which can complexify the screens from an admin point-of-view. That being said, it is understandable that the solution has to cater to many different types of use cases throughout its customers and these extra features are easy to ignore and do not get in the way.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work-Relay allows to fill in gaps for features not provided by Salesforce in managing complex custom objects and the business process tied to their records.
With the solution, we manage records with different starting conditions, processes, forms, assignments, rules, and validations.
This allows us to to focus on requesting the pertinent information at the adequate time from our users and to optimize our execution time, while keeping involved Salesforce users up-to-date on the team's progress.

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

Neostella team is excellent to work with. Their technical support, customer support and consulting are first class and more than we have come to experience from other Salesforce vendors. 

We love the enhanced back end functions to allow us to seamlessly work with our Salesforce data and incorporate it into our processes.  

The ease of dashboards and planning dashboards allow the process information to be easily consumed by our users.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

There is nothing significant to report dislike wise about Work-Relay other than it has made use re-think and redesign our internal processes and that has consumed a great deal of time. No fault of Work-Relay but should be considered when thinking of the timeline for implementation.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work Relay has allowed us to automate our larger construction, estimation, and order processes to make them highly efficient and effective.

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

Customer support for custom work flow is excellent. Our developers are attentive to our needs and ensure that we have a product that works alongside our procedures. We utilize work-relay on a daily basis and the product is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

Ability to update customizations or make revisions to the features when our procedures change is dificult, and we often have to request support from the developers to make these revisions.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to have automated approval workflows with system emails to prevent the need of tracking down manual signatures/approvals. This cuts back on the amount of time my team is personally tracking approvals allowing my team to spend their time and efforts on higher priority tasks.

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

Work-Relay has an aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interface. It is easy to get started and build your own processes. Also, tickets are always answered within 24 hours.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

I am not sure that the system is able to handle enterprise-level load. Although it is easy to get started, I can see how it can be difficult to master as I frequently need assistance from a developer for apex related things.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, switching from another software, Work-Relay definitely has decreased the amount of tickets coming into my team. The system is reliable as long as Salesforce itself is not down then Work-Relay is ok. This has freed up time for me to do other and more exciting projects. The previous software had a very unpredictable deployment process. I like Work-Relay's deployment tool and it definitely ups my confidence and minimizes worry whenever I have to push something to Production. Lastly, Work-Relay also has helped my organization in reducing human error and increasing efficiency by digitalizing processes.

Work-Relay provided a flexible platfom to create custom work-flows for the most complex process.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

Albeit the platform alows for vast flexibility, it does frequently require Work-Relay engineers to create changes.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the platform to manage the order production cycle for a custom product.  For all intents and purposes no two orders are exactly the same and we required a way to manage and track each individual item from order to delivery to the client.  Work-Relay has allowed us that capability and has improved our on time to delivery to nearly 100%.

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

Work-Relay is so easy to use for the CEO and other managers that we constantly tweak our processes to become more streamlined, increase quality and avoid duplication of work. The software integrates neatly into Salesforce and forces users to follow the process without looking up how the process step should be completed. I can easily add checklists, decision points, and change responsibilities all within an easy-to-use interface.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

Nothing in particular, but I need to fill in 40 characters in this field.

Ensuring compliance with our processes and making it easy to change and improve our processes.

**What do you like best about Work-Relay?**

It allowed us to implement our end-to-end business process, which actually consists of many inter-connected processes, and manage it as a single holistic workflow. Our business was easily integrated via flexible configurations of Work-Relay components.

Customer Success Team support was extremely helpful and saved a lot of time translating our specific needs into Work-Relay settings with minimal effort.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

The migration from old versions to new ones is still challenging and requires assistance from the Customer Success Team. Fortunately, they are always ready to help!

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were always looking for a solution to automate our company's business processes, starting from internal (e.g. employee onboarding and termination, vendor contract management, customer contract management) to external (e.g. customer onboarding, project management). All these automations became possible with Work-Relay, and we're gradually implementing it as the main vehicle for our business operations.

Customer Support is the best!  They walk us through our current process communicated, identified needs, and help with ease of implementation.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

There are no complaints.  The hold up is finding time on our side to sit down and write out needs and process steps currently in place.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work Relay is helping teams understand where projects are in the stages identified from sold to install.  Teams are also able to understand which projects are on target, which projects need attention, and which ones are in jeopardy of missing the target due date.

I like that Work-Relay is an extremely versatile tool, that can be applied in many different business applications. Streamlining business processes is easy when you have Work-Relay.

**What do you dislike about Work-Relay?**

The biggest, and possibly only downfall of Work-Relay, is its requirement for the whole team using the tool needing to buy-in and make the switch to the more streamlined, efficient, Work-Relay process. If teams aren't using the new Work-Relay process, then its huge upside is not realized.

**What problems is Work-Relay solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Work-Relay helps our voice team, comprised of many different departments, streamline their business processes. These processes are greatly deadline dependent, and Work-Relay allows them to work in parallel when possible, and reduce downtime in between steps.
