**What do you like best about NEO EHR?**

NEO has made a significant difference in how efficiently and smoothly our office operates. We have been able to streamline many of our daily processes and save our staff valuable time. New employees are able to learn our scheduling and workflow processes in about half the time it took before. The system is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes it much easier for staff to become comfortable and productive quickly.

**What do you dislike about NEO EHR?**

I wish the patient's pictures would show up the scheduler so that we would be able to match patients with names for the staff that do not know our patients by name and face yet.

**What problems is NEO EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automated text and email appointment reminders have helped reduce cancellations and no-shows. Patients receive multiple reminders, which has made a noticeable difference in keeping appointments on the schedule.
