I like that Nektar.ai is easy to maintain and configure. The Nektar.ai team is always eager to help resolve any issues or open questions, which ensures that troubleshooting doesn't become a blocker for having real-time CRM updates that are accurate and complete. I also appreciate that it provides automatic visibility into deal activity and respective buying groups, making sure every customer interaction is accounted for in our CRM and attributed to the proper records.

**What do you dislike about Nektar.ai?**

This is an edge case, but multi-domain scenarios and the ability to choose which records to write to. When there are multiple domains associated with a domain Nektar.ai writes to the domain with the most participants.

I ensure every customer interaction is accurately captured in Salesforce, and real-time CRM updates are maintained without troubleshooting issues blocking our workflow.

**What do you like best about Nektar.ai?**

Our reps no longer have to spend time manually updating the SFDC or cleaning data at the end of the week. Nektar runs in the background and automatically captures and links all the meetings / emails to the right accounts/ opportunities. The accuracy has been consistently in the high 90’s and setup was quick- we were live in about two weeks.

**What do you dislike about Nektar.ai?**

Product requires administration from an external site.

**What problems is Nektar.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solved a few long-standing issues for us. Activity data now flows into Salesforce automatically and correctly- no more missing contacts and meetings or misplaced emails. Reps didn't have to change their workflow, which was a big plus.
It's also saved a lot of time. Before, AEs were spending hours every week logging activities just to keep data accurate. Now that's handled automatically.
For leadership, there is increased visibility. We can see activity levels per AE and get a clearer view of who they are talking to and where deals might be stuck. It's still early, but the difference in accuracy and time saved is already clear.

**What do you like best about Nektar.ai?**

This tool has been a game-changer for our sales team. It automatically creates contacts, logs emails and meetings, and even associates the right people to the opportunity as contact roles—all in Salesforce. What used to be tedious, manual work is now handled seamlessly. It’s a huge win for rep productivity and data hygiene.

**What do you dislike about Nektar.ai?**

Nothing major—implementation was easy, and it worked as expected right out of the gate. Occasionally we tweak configurations (need to ensure no duplicate taks/events are created), but that's part of ongoing optimization.

**What problems is Nektar.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is rep data entry. By automating foundational tasks, it ensures we have complete records in Salesforce, which is critical for building out buying groups and running account-based strategies. It gives our revenue team the visibility we need without asking reps to do extra work.

**What do you like best about Nektar.ai?**

Nektar runs entirely in the background, saving our Sales team countless hours by automatically logging their activities—no manual data entry required. The licensing is cost-effective, which has made it easy for us to scale. Adding new users is simple, and our data model remains consistent throughout. Nektar also helped us generate a year’s worth of historical activity data, unlocking valuable reporting insights from day one.

**What do you dislike about Nektar.ai?**

Sync timing is slow. On average, there’s a ~75-minute delay between when an activity occurs and when it's created in our CRM. This lag makes it difficult for us to enforce SLAs in real time, especially when responding to inbound intent signals. 
Additionally, Nektar excludes activity capture for generic email domains (e.g., @gmail.com, @aol.com, @outlook.com), which makes it difficult to track whether our inbound team is engaging with those contacts. While this isn’t a major issue because we sell to other businesses, it could be a significant limitation for B2C businesses. It would be helpful to have a configurable setting that allows activity capture for generic email domains—simply a Yes/No toggle.

Nektar.ai is helping us seamlessly track meetings, emails, and other sales activities, automatically capturing this data in Salesforce without manual input. As a result, we're gaining visibility into key contacts and buying committees—understanding who is involved in deals, when they engage, and how they influence outcomes. This insight helps us analyze how much time and how many internal resources are being invested in closing new business, supporting renewals, and managing deals over different time frames.

From a technical perspective, Nektar could consider CRM limitations and explore a managed package solution that minimizes reliance on existing fields or storage, providing greater flexibility and added value. Also, Nektar can consider the overall summary of insights and also provide AI-driven features on possible areas.

While Nektar has been beneficial, we are still in the process of fully exploring and optimizing its in-house features for maximum impact.

This process will automatically create new contacts when the corresponding account is present in Salesforce. It is user-friendly and easy to implement, making it efficient for day-to-day operations.

Additionally, whenever we reach out to Nektar for support, their response is prompt, and they provide timely updates, ensuring smooth collaboration and quick issue resolution.

Domain matching can be somewhat challenging, especially when an account has multiple associated domains. For example, a single account might operate with different domains, making it difficult to establish a direct match.

In this process, Nektar pushes activities to Salesforce only when the contact’s email domain matches the account’s website domain. If there’s a mismatch, the activities are not synced, which can lead to gaps in data tracking.

Nektar runs behind the scenes to create contacts, enrich Salesforce data, and track activity.  It's very straightforward to configure, and their support team is fantastic - highly responsive, provide clear instruction and documentation, and are always happy to jump on a call.

Because it's a tool that runs 'behind the scenes', it can be difficult to easy see and quantify the impact of the tool.

Nektar creates and enriches contacts in SFDC based on the activity our users are engaging in.  This allows our sellers to stay focused on selling rather than creating and maintaining contact records.  Nektar tracks email, meeting, and call activity, which we use as leading indicators for business health and seller productivity.

Simple Integration between Gsuite and Salesforce
Advanced Customisation in terms of what all you need to bring in from gmail to salesforce.
The team also is super helpful and guided us at each step for the implementation.

While it helps and solves our use case. I think there is still some room of improvement because for basic things like updating the existing data with nekrat fields we had to do little back and forth with the team. They were quick to help though.

With so many programmatic tools plugged into Salesforce, there often is muddy data. Nektar helps clean a chunk of that out especially with activity syncing and clear contact role distinction. And their account and support team are some of the fastest I've dealt with.

**What do you dislike about Nektar.ai?**

The admin portal and function is lacking, I feel we don't have full autonomy in the system. 
Nektar is missing a notification or alert system for when user synchs fall off or disconnect.

Activity capture and assigning contact roles (particularly for above the line v. below the line contacts), mainly.

**What do you like best about Nektar.ai?**

I have been working with Nektar for the last 6-8 months. Their team is fantastic, quick to respond, and thoughtful in their approach and recommendations. I love that they are willing to lean in and understand use case while being strategic in their responses. 

Deepak in particular is a premier experience in partnership. He is always happy to support his CS team and take ownership if things take more time or need reassessment. 

Nektar will allow us to scale our CS org by providing insights into account and opportunity level engagement and where we are engaging with the right team members. Our team can be more focused and apply resources to those accounts who are ready to expand, need extra TLC, or require leadership involvement to reduce risk.

**What do you dislike about Nektar.ai?**

We are still iterating on the data and have not proven out the value for CS. Despite this I feel confident in the partnership and am thrilled to see what we can accomplish over the next several months.

**What problems is Nektar.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nektar will allow us to track CSM activity providing insights into bandwidth and efficiency. The account engagement scoring will allow us to understand where accounts in various segments need added support or may be ready for expansion.

We can now easily track how many meetings our team is having with customers - this was nearly impossible before.
No enablement for the broader team required!

There are some additional features we need in place before being able to sync emails and add contacts via email, but the Nektar team is already working on this.

Our main reason for purchasing Nektar was to be able to easily track meeting information (how many meetings each person is having per week, which customers are we meeting with most, etc.). This helps with time management, understanding priorities, and seeing how engaged we are with our existing and future customers.

**What do you like best about Nektar.ai?**

The product simply works. Yes, it may not have much of an end user UX, but that is where it shines. With it running on the GApps system level, onboarding new users is simple. Emails and meetings are logged seamlessly, and since it is the standard activty/task object, reporting is simple!

Their onboarding team did their job well and we completed having the system up and running in under a month. More importantly, their Account Management team has been consistently proactive. I hope they do not lose this shine when they continue to grow their customer list.

Nothing at the moment, Nektar does the simple tasks well and with ease.

Nektar.ai has been a game-changer in helping us track sales activities. Nektar been consistently syncing our sales activities in the background without any on-going manual effort. Besides sales activities, Nektar has been one of the only vendors that can help us auto-create contacts in Salesforce and helped us identify over 10k+ new contacts that would have otherwise been missed. Nektar seamlessly consolidates activity data across contacts, accounts, and opportunities, giving our teams a comprehensive view to make data-driven decisions. With Nektar's ability to analyze past year's activity data, we were able to uncover missing contacts and identify "warmer" leads with a history of engagement, which aligns perfectly with our objective of building a stronger pipeline.

It's mostly hands-off, but in a good way. We use Nektar for a few specific use cases, but they are super proactive when it comes to discovering other areas they can help. I've used tools in that past where we had little configuration say and this is probably the first time I'm actually comfortable with it.

As a Sales Leader, I had to do nothing in order to get value out of Nektar as it automatically started adding relevant data to our CRM. I can at any point in time look into our account or opportunities and have a productive conversation with my team without asking them to update CRM. We have clear visibility on deals where we have next meetings, where we are single threaded or don't have access to power. We can also identify deals where buyers are not engaged with sellers. Again the best part is that me and my team have to do nothing as their AI solution makes it adoption free.

I’m not directly involved with Nektar as an end user but benefit from it by consuming the data and insights it provides us on Salesforce and Slack. 
I believe it’s the only tool where I don’t have to ask my team to do something or login to another system.

Nektar filled in a major gap when migrating from Hubspot to SFDC by retrieving historical emails.  Instead of starting out w/ bad data in SFDC, we had extremely accurate activity and contact data.  Beyond that, Nektar captures all email communication in SFDC without requiring a plugin or our reps to take any action.  No longer do we have to remind reps to log things or instruct them to download a plugin.

We did deal w/ some challenges where Nektar would log vendor emails under the SFDC account.  Some of these emails contained information that we didn't want to share w/ the entire company.  We did work w/ Nektar to fix this, but wish it would have been called out from the beginning.

While we had a sales engagement tool capturing activity/contact data and importing it into our CRM, we were still left with a significant gap. Nektar offered a more direct sync into our CRM that was less error-prone and didn't require setup by our customer-facing reps. Thanks to the historical sync, we saw Day 1 benefits across functions and systems (forecasting, sales engagement, marketing automation, etc). Nektar's customer support and engineering team helped identify conflicts with our existing Salesforce automations/validations and activities that should be excluded.

**What do you dislike about Nektar.ai?**

While Nektar is improving the success rate of activities logged in Salesforce, we'll have to shut off the sync from our sales engagement tool to avoid duplicates. As a result, we'll lose the related cadence/sequence data in Salesforce. Would also like to see more advanced insights from the data Nektar is capturing (email sentiment, outbound/inbound ratios, responsiveness, etc).

With the help of Nektar and its powerful AI engine, we are able to capture contact details and activity data into our CRM without any manual effort.
