The integrated experiences of Nayya are seamless, and provide great user engagement. **What do you dislike about Nayya?** There could be more educational pieces in the experience as the user moves throught the decision support experience. (IE: Why they should consider certain plans or options.) **What problems is Nayya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nayya helps take the guess work out of benefit decision making when it comes to employee open enrollments. Most consumers do not spend much time reviewing their benefits, and being able to get support in a quick fashion is a powerful tool. ### 2. Now open enrollments is just so much easier for all of us. **What do you dislike about Nayya?** At first, I wasn't sure what the benefits decision even meant, but honestly, it's the best thing if you want to make your open enrollment experience smoother. **What problems is Nayya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nayya provides personalized benefits decision support that helps us to communicate, educate, and enable our employees better during open enrollment. ### 3. I am also a consultant for 1,000s of employer groups, and I recommend Nayya well over 75% of the time. **What problems is Nayya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Increasing participation while removing the cost and burden of an enrollment firm. ### 4. Our employees absolutely loved it! I thought that it was very useful for employees to guide them on their benefit options outside of just the medical. **What do you dislike about Nayya?** Nothing! I would not suggest that we change anything really. I might add the Acronyms for the insurance companies, as it was a little confusing for employees to locate UMR as an option. I would also show instructions on how to enter in their Medical ID numbers. **Recommendations to others considering Nayya:** Amazing Benefits Decision Support Tool! Our employees absolutely loved it! **What problems is Nayya solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication and education regarding the OE benefits for our 2022 Benefits Annual Enrollment! Some of our challenges are that employees will choose a plan based on price vs. what fits their needs. Nayya solved for this issue! ### 5. Outstanding partnership with the Nayya Team.
