The only "5" rating I gave was due to my enrollment platform's inability to integrate with Nayya. I am also a consultant for 1,000s of employer groups, and I recommend Nayya well over 75% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Amazing Benefits Decision Support Tool! Our employees absolutely loved it! I thought that it was very useful for employees to guide them on their benefit options outside of just the medical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nayya?

Nothing! I would not suggest that we change anything really. I might add the Acronyms for the insurance companies, as it was a little confusing for employees to locate UMR as an option. I would also show instructions on how to enter in their Medical ID numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nayya solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication and education regarding the OE benefits for our 2022 Benefits Annual Enrollment! Some of our challenges are that employees will choose a plan based on price vs. what fits their needs. Nayya solved for this issue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
