The failover and failback functions work seamlessly, and the platform gives great visibility into recovery operations. The support team is highly responsive and knowledgeable — they guided us clearly during setup and every DR test. **What do you dislike about Navisite DRaaS?** Initial setup required some time to align configurations with our existing infrastructure. The interface could be slightly more intuitive, but once familiar, it’s very efficient. **What problems is Navisite DRaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?** It gives us peace of mind by ensuring our critical workloads are protected and recoverable within minutes in case of an outage.
