What do you like best about NAVEX One?

We did like having an online platform where the members of our organization could access corporate documents without having to access our server remotely. Ultimately though, we felt that there were other (better) options out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NAVEX One?

We have switched to a more intuitive and user-friendly platform (especially on mobile devices). We opted for another platform (SiteDocs) after using Navex for about three years. Before the 4th year, we contacted Navex to ask to cancel our subscription. A Navex Retention Manager told us (in October 2020) that our "PolicyTech services automatically renewed on October 13, 2019, for an additional two-year term and would not be eligible for cancellation until October 13, 2021 (Section IV., 4.)."

We will NOT be going back.

We attempted to negotiate with Navex regarding the number of licenses billed for in the final year of the auto-renewed term (during which we did not use Navex at all). We reasoned that the number of licenses should correspond with the original number of licenses committed to in the agreement. Navex was not willing to enter into fair and reasonable negotiation.
