What do you like best about NAVEX One?

To create sustainability reports, it compares corporate, outsider, resource, and performance data. It gives better data security and an extremely customizable interface. Reporting that is feedback-driven makes possibilities and successes more apparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NAVEX One?

We are not satisfied with its customer support as most of the time, resolution was not quick, which led to delays in the sprint. The licensing cost is slightly higher than others offering similar functionality like oneTrust (which has more key functionalities). Each component of the platform can function independently and focus on important ethical and legal compliance issues. Our Risk Management analysis is much improved by the Ethics and Compliance platform. Additionally, it enables us to keep in touch with our team and report infractions of particular policies.
