Naval Bhandari Reviews & Product Details

Sheet to Calendar Sync is a Google Sheets add-on that turns spreadsheet rows and Google Form responses into Google Calendar events: a staff rota, class timetable, content calendar or list of bookings. Change a row and sync again, and the same event is updated rather than duplicated. Columns are matched by header (title, start, end or duration, all-day, location, description, guests, colour, reminders, Meet link, and a calendar or time zone per row), repeats can be written in plain words ("weekly on Mon and Wed until 18/12/2026") or as an RRULE, and times land exactly as typed across time zones and clock changes. Every change can be previewed before anything is written, and the last sync undone in one click. Guests are not emailed unless you turn invitations on. Free for the first 25 rows per sheet; Pro is $5 a month or $39 a year and adds automatic syncing of new form responses. It only opens the current spreadsheet, and sheet and calendar data never leave Google.
